Here is a quick video showing the Lifetime Tamarack Pro fishing kayak and the Lifetime Teton fishing kayak. I was able to get both of these kayaks for the same price. In the Spring of 2020 I picked up the Lifetime Teton from Dick's Sporting Goods for $349 It was on sale from the original $399. I recently saw the Lifetime Tamarack Pro at a local Wal-Mart for $349 so I picked it up so everyone in the family can go kayaking.
Here are some links to the products in the video.

There are features that I would love to have from both kayaks put them together and have one awesome kayak for the money. Cool video thanks.

That was a good review you did of the two comparison. I really like to tamarack Pro more because of the foot brace for one. My son and I both have wide feet but mine's is a lot , alot , alot wider than his so the foot brace is important to us. I like that it has a storage hatch in the front and I would like to add one in the back. My son will be perfect for this kayak. I am a little big but I think it'll hold me cuz me and you weigh the same. That is a nice kayak man can't wait to get one. Also like you Crocs man those awesome. I used to have a pair until my foot outgrew them. Someone said they probably shrunk if I left them in the hot car. I just know they were too short on my feet. Just curious how long have you had your pair. I'm thinking about getting me a new pair. Again great video man keep up the good work and thank you for sharing it.

@@g-wolfoutdoors8150 oh okay that is awesome to hear you had them for a couple of years and not have issues with it shrinking. I really like to know what happened to mine because these were the only closed toe shoe that would fit my very very wide feet. I have big very very wide feet sz15 6 EEEEEE wide with very very fat wide toes. My foot is 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe with all of my toes equally straight across making my foot extremely very very wide and they do not make any shoe , sock , or boots that's wide enough for my foot. I want to get me another pair of Crocs because the only thing that I can wear is flip flops year around and it's been real cold wearing Flip flops in 20/30 temperatures outside this year. Especially when there was snow on the ground. Man u want to hear something funny! Because of my foot being so fat & very very wide in both Crocs I had to cut a section out in the toe box for two of my fat wide toes to hang out of the crocs. It was Real funny wearing them like that but that was the only way I could get the Crocs to fit on my foot comfortably without it crashing and hurting my toes. Thank you sir on the information about your crocs. Keep on rocking your Crocs man I can't wait to get me another pair.

Was your front deck concave? And if so, how did you install the flat dryhatch?

My bro has the teton pro by far the best lifetime fishing yak,but it has those same holes in the side and takes on more water than u think,he removed the rope and melted/welded some hdpe into the holes to fill and put a taco clip for the paddle!im a pelican man myself.better warranty higher weight allowances 300lbs on a 10 ft.!

@@g-wolfoutdoors8150 Yeah the main motivator for choosing it was the extra weight capacity (and the built in wheel to help with transporting it to the water).

@g-wolfoutdoors8150
@g-wolfoutdoors8150 3 года назад
I picked them up for my niece and nephews to be able to get on the water. However, I am 260lbs and I fish them on ponds and lakes. Without scupper plugs they only take on water when I first get on them or if I am not balanced. They are pretty closely matched for stability.

Bought the Tamarack pro over the Teton and am waiting for it to arrive in the mail, is it just me or does it look like the Tamarack pro has a better hull and more narrow hull on the front and rear for tracking?

The Lifetime Kayaks, along with ascend kayaks are classed as beginner and entry level kayaks for those who wants to get started in the Kayak fishing game. Once they are hooked, they move on to better kayaks like Pelican, Vibe and 3 waters.

Out of the 'move on' kayaks, which of the three do you think is better/best?
@NickyKDChaleunphone
@NickyKDChaleunphone 3 года назад
@@videojoe7 I would say that both Lifetime and ascend kayak’s are both great for beginners to get hooked into kayak fishing. Once you master them, you can progress to a pelican catch 120 or even a peddle drive kayak like the Vibe Shearwater 125
