for people also trying to learn lifeweaver, I recommend cancelling ur trees if they were either misplaced or u already won the team fight, so then u can start gaining ult charge immediately for ur next tree!
@@kribyy7784just press ur ultimate button again! for example, you can see at 3:06:00 after lev places his tree down there's a little msg that says "CANCEL" with the ult button next to it
I misplaced, seperating my team from the enemy, but canceled just as my rein was charging. The POTG looked sick as if he burst through it to shatter the enemy. If I hadn't cancelled he would have bumped his head on the tree and not gotten the 4 kills.
I wish I had known this earlier when learning weaver. I placed a couple bad trees and killed some of my own teammates without knowing you could destroy it. The embarazzment was far too much.
i love the difference in how you were so calm and concise when narrating the early rounds of sym gm journey, but you got extra stressed when playing lw, lmaaooo really the pressures of playing support
consistensy on lifeweaver is really hard but when you finally DO play consistently its almost like you cant lose, im plat 4 and i went on a 9 game winning streak yesterday (which was only broken because lifeweaver cant deny 1 shots)

I haven’t played him much tbh, but you made me think to pick him more! Also I think LW isn’t a priority for enemies when we talk about metal ranks. Like mercy too, if u have good positioning, they think that he can’t do much, but the reality is that he actually can carry and his tree is VERY useful Turned out that he is actually fun to play, after buffs he is fine😊 Ty for this video!
I will be watching this and can't wait to see the lower ELO gameplay because he is ROUGH when your team doesn't know what to do. Small note- LW is an underrated TAnk buster due to their hitbox those thorns pack a punch.
Been maining LW lately. Lots of fun playing him since he got buffed to playable status. Builds ult quickly if you splash in some thorn spam. Easy to avoid death. Lots of play-making potential with petal and grip
little tip: you don't actually have to throw projectiles to reload healing, it's not the number of projectiles but the time. if you stay for some seconds (I think it's 2 or 3 im not sure) even without attacking it will automatically reload. if you're playing support wl that moment i suggest you never use ALL the flowers at once and whenever you're not healing stay at the projectile configuration. This way you'll basically never worry about reloading and will always be ready to whichever situation you need (since yoy can do the opposite too if you are in a dps wl situation) hope it helps ❤
i take so much pride in getting my teammates to love me as a part time wifeleaver main. so much. it's so easy to get shit on because "ooOooO twinkie man build a tree or wuteva" but nobody knows the struggles 😞 theyre so real they feel like a 9-5 at subway
3:07 i recomend that you fire burst shots instead of spaming the weapon because the spread gets wider the longer you shoot So maybe like this (fire,stop firing,fire,stop firing) so your thorns will have no spread to them and you can apply pressure

your use of the petal platform is nuts!!! pushing yourself up on the platform, gripping then jumping off so your teammate lands on the platform instead. so nice
Bit new to comp in OW…still don’t understand how someone can go 5W-4L unranked to masters…but then another person can go 5W-0L unranked to silver?? Do you have to place early when the comp season starts? Or does it depend on the hero? Or does it factor in previous season rankings? Absolutely lost 💀
oh another tip: you can use platform against ults like orisa, lift her up and yeah, and like bastion too, step on it then hide under it (ik it's hilarious but it works lol)
I had a question because I’m so confused. So his placement went 5-4 and he got placed in master, it’s also a new account and he only plays lifeweaver for the series. Why do I go 5-0 on my placements and end up in plat 1 ? Considering i did good in those 5 matches and played different supports. How does this work ? Does the loss not count for unranked to gm series or im just really bad at the game
i honestly think they place you based on quickplay hidden mmr sometimes. like when i played quickplay matches for the symmetra unranked to gm, i only played support & tank and it placed me diamond on my placements. see i played a lot of support in the quickplay games for this and it put me master. i really think it's dumb though. i think it shouldn't place you anywhere above master 1, and then place you based on how you performed in your placements.
i play pretty similarlay i usually overpreform in the healing section but dont have as much damage but i die like twice and get alot of saves, yet i’m still going down in ranked?
Lifeweaver still feels like a healbotting character. Like a character I'd play when I'm just trying to "relax" with something less intensive, or turn my brain off like playing Moira when I queue support. Wish he wasn't so healbot like. Guess he can't have auto aim heals and damage. it's the trade off
