If you see her most recent video compared to a video from 2 years ago, she is a perfect example on her own, she looks completely full of life and she loved it into herself and so can we! ❤ The pain going away gradually alone is incredible, but to actually see results and progress on top of that almost immediately is phenomenal. This is one of my favorite videos by Imi. I have always wanted to reduce the size of my breasts and lift them but none of the exercises I tried over the years work. I honestly doubted that this would work considering under my arm looked like i had a third breast. I tried it friday night and sunday i noticed that it did shrink. Thank you so much
I doubt as well since breast aren't muscle and cant be worked out to firm them. These sound like temporary lifts 😂 just like mornings the face is dead then you do facial cleanse and its like it revives for a few hours before it goes back to being dead. All you did was the "bloodflow in your face" by massaging it in way of cleansing. So you have to do it everyday.

Thank you for the information. During my weight loss journey, I combined intermittent fasting with 21:3 or OMAD. I lost 2 kg in almost two weeks and work out for at least 30 to 45 minutes three times a week during my fasting periods. I'm still overweight, but I can see improvements in my physical appearance and on the scale.
I’ve been advised armpit fat surgery by doctor as it has a lump which is painful. Since it’s not an emergency surgery I’ve postponed it for summer holidays time. I have 5 months before that and I’m going to use this video to try and lose the fat naturally. Hoping to see some positive results.

@@annat2106 just do for 1 week. on first day u will clearly see difference like burning armpit fat and some tissues if any there are opens up. As she says i had pain when i press under armpit bcz i have fatty tissues as said by doctor. Now I don't feel pain there and can press deep without pain. If I can be better, U also can.

My chest area was not flat but much saggy that's why they didnt look good i tried three things ; 1) sanne's exercise 2) EMI Wong chest yoga 3) subliminal , its just been a week and they worked magic 😭my breast area was skin saggy I never thought it'd lift up to such a pretty shape must try 💗💗💗and be consistent .

Hi Imi, I did not feel any pain in my armpits but I had it "saggy". I made that massage and what a relief woohoo. Those armpits became much smaller, and I felt a "pain" but it was a real pain - it was a real relief from lymph blockage. Thank you so much. I love you and what you are doing.

So it’s just over 7 days of doing this exercise daily and ive got to say my breasts dont look the same the nipple was pointing downward and now they are further up so it definetely works people pay thousands for a breast lift when all they need to do is do this exercise im gonna give it another few days to get results I want but yeah definetely works thanks imi❤

Finished breastfeeding 4 months ago and still my breast feel weird. This massage helped me a lot. Finally feed more in tune with myself. (also after breastfeeding my boobs sagged a bit)

Just a question, the exercises in this video are really painful, I am 60 years old so I guess that feeling extreme pain is normal when pulling and shaking my muscles above my breasts. As I understand, when it comes to linfatic drainage massage, they are painful only when you have many fluids and toxins stucked, so pain is a sign that you needed to be drained for the sake of your health! if you do it correctly, it will hurt less every time so keep doing it! 💓

Back again. Going to do this daily. I am still quite sore from the last time and still hurt a lot. I’m thinking it will get better though once the fascia loosens its grip on me. Is anyone else getting as sore? I can’t even get a good grip above my breasts to shake the muscles. Soooo tight. I’m also surprised at how much I work up a sweat😂. Was not expecting that. I do this not because wanna make my breast bigger. But i feeling pain in my right breast. And this is my first time doing this exercise, feeling better, it just first time doing this but my pain getting better. 😢 thank you for the video. I hope my pain gone forever
