Ever experienced lift off oversteer? Here are som examples how (not) to handle this alarming situation :-) Like, comment, share! (and subscribe to my channel ofc :D )
you can't compare them front wheel drive oversteer to rear wheel drive oversteer, most of those "wins" or even all of them are front wheel drive, it makes a big difference
@@hemiplow1297 get off of the throttle, reduce your steering angle and pray your front tires regain grip. It's going to feel wrong but trust me if you follow those two steps you'll most likely come out in one piece
@@hemiplow1297 oh no throttle can pull you out of oversteer, understeer is caused by the front of your tires losing grip before your rear tires. If the car is understeering try installing a rear sway bar, this can help a bit. Stickier front tires are also a solution if you want to keep the car stock
@@ancientapparition1638 not true. You can also just 100% let off the throttle and let the car run out of slide in FWD. Do it in my saturn all the time, and did it in accident with my Kona in the rain lmao. Biggest advantage is you dont get rear wheel slap, cause the rear wheels are just there for going forward, they naturally want to grab and straighten out, as opposed to RWD which may keep spinning and knock you in the opposite way (I speak from expirinence there as well). Fwd is much easier to pull put of overseer just in general, because you can drive more instinctively. "Oh you started going one way too much???? You want to stop?! How do we stop the car from going forward too fast? Thats right let the gas go bro, its okay!" Works for both over and understeer in FWD.
