According to Beno, he got stuck in this lift at JD Sports back in 2012 from It's Lift Tour Time.

It's just construction work. Lift is covered for their use only until works complete

When filmed there was construction work going on and that lift is behind the panel used for the contractors. It'll be back when the works complete.
