Light is very important for aquariums with plants.
Light helps aquatic plant grow, perform photosynthesis and enhance color of plants as well as aquarium fishes and shrimps.
Light hours should be maintained along with CO2 and daily fertilisation of nutrients,
Ensure proper Lightning for a low tech or high tech tank to avoid algae issues.

Good info. I am already using led bulb everything goes very well except moss. They seem very difficult to grow with diy lighting . 👍

Haan bhai . Planted tank ki light specially dEsign ki jati hai jisse plant growth ho. Aur normal light se kuch has tak grow hote hai lekin healthy nhi hote . Y kuch kami rehti hai

you havent mentioned sizes and watt of bulb ratio..for example, 2 ft tank, how many watts, 3 ft tank how many watts..plus, it is necessary or advisable to use WRGB light? by the way, i have a 3 ft tank and i am not sure how many watts should i use?

Bhai sunsun ka ads series is best n cheap light . With very good result . Aur bhai natural sunlight ka shade bhi Bahut effective aur powerful hota hai Shayad isliye plant mein fark dikhta hai

Bhai Maine ye try nhi kiya but Bahut forums Padhi hai iske bare mein to aap ye kar sakte hai. Bahut Acha aur natural tarika nhi hai but it will work . Hopefully isoe jakdi video banaunga

Bhai you can always play . I have used many watts . Now I am sticking at 9 watt . If u see that green algae coming on glass then u can bring it down to 9 or 11. But yes In my experience 15 watt is slight higher for 1 ft tank

Uv will kill harmful pathogen . Can b used for 3-4 hours a week . It’s there in my canister filter n it’s turn on 24 hour

Bhai it’s a regular bulb from electric shop . Just according to aquariumsize choose watt and just make sure Kelvin should be 6500k ( which will b written on bulb , and any brand like Wipro or Philips etc)
