What methodology to did you use to come to the conclusion that this bow used behaviours in a similar fashion to a low to mediocre quality composite bow? and what constitutes a low to mediocre quality composite?
@@FactsFirst-yo8gc here are well made flight bow data (freshly made with minimal use and age) giving 170 fps for 12.5 gpp. So a low grade hornbow is less than that giving us about the same data as bending Fiberglass bows (not the same as Fiberglass bar + screw design)

But noooooo you can't pronounce the 'C' because muh academics who misapplied modern rules for Latin and English mispronounced an ancient Latin word derived from an ancient Greek word for a people who called themselves Skulatā The 'b' can be pronounced in 'dumb' by the way.

Arrows found with Scythian bows were often 30-31" in length, and authentic reproductions of the bows can be drawn to around there. Is there some evidence that I missed which suggests that they drew that short?
Depends on the source you are looking at. In ATARN it’s 22 inch arrow length. Some sources have 30” arrow length but that’s the total length so your draw length is around 28” which is not long. Also the artwork from Greek sources suggest short draw length. Short relative to modern standards
Are you sure that glove is cow leather? Usually work gloves are made from goat skins. It’s still a decent test but maybe you should try finding some veg tan hide and boiling it for a more accurate representation of what their armor would’ve been like idk the full process involved tbh I just make gun holsters and veg tan leather is the sturdiest I’ve read that boiled leather was a go to for combat armor though maybe I’m wrong but keep up the good work man the channel is cool
