Light Speed Arena Kickstarter Overview 

This was super fun. A good amount of stress, but not panic inducing! The app was a great addition. Wouldn't want to have to break out the ruler and have LOS arguments all night.

The game looks awesome, but the pricing is concerning. The game is $25 with 40 tiles, and each "expansion" is $12 with 8 tiles, so if you buy both, it is 50% more tiles for double the cost. I hate games that remove content just to sell it as an expansion. Put everything in the box and sell it for $35. It all goes in the main box anyway. You're just wasting materials on the two mini boxes for the "expansions" The app is cool and all, but the fact that it requires internet means that if anything ever happens to the company and the site shuts down, the app probably won't work. At least you can spend more money to add the removed tokens and such back into the game. For the record, I'm not against apps for games. This one really does look awesome. Offline would be significantly better, though, for when the site inevitably comes down or doesn't work anymore.
