What the hell? Leffen is more toxic than him. Seems more like everyone jumped on the "salem is toxic" train just because they didnt do the research to see what all transpired. Salem is actually a pretty nice guy. Sure he looks goofy as fuck, lol, but sorry that bullshit was started by leffen. And then when he attacked the melee community, they got all in their feelings. Like it's just words and opinions get over it. Lol.. "I'm willing to forgive him because his game play".. ppl can be so ridiculous. 😂😂
Yeah his hero is pretty hype not gonna lie, he did some crazy cool stuff here. But as Coney said, problem with Hero is it's so hard being consistent a whole set with him given the RNG factor, no wonder Light had time to adapt and win last game convincingly.
@@jessiem.8301 I thought all Leffen did to 'start' the beef was that he said Snake was bad while making a tier list early on the meta and Salem jumped on Leffen and the entire Melee community? I see why people dislike Leffen but as far as why Salem is hated I think he brought it all on himself with no one else to blame 100%
Seems like Hero's strength is in managing downtime and choosing the best spell for the job. When he's out of mana and is forced to use normal attacks he's really weak against fast characters ran by players who don't rush face.
Im not a fan of Hero, but god damn thats some interesting gameplay. I notice that he never uses the higher levels of neutral b, side b and up b (if it can be avoided), very interesting playstyle.
@@douglasdiggins8296 Full neutral B is also way too risky against a character with a reflector, since it comes out slow. There's also better things he could be doing at a distance, like searching for Oomph or Psyche up.
The fully charged Nuetral and Side B are too committal and cost too much to go for unless you absolutely know they are going to hit. Uncharged those moves are still extremely useful so 9/10 you'd go for the first two variants. Up B is a little different, you only go for fully charged if you're trying to hit someone below you or you are super far below stage as it's not really necessary to spend all that time and mp every time you recouver. Also the second level of Up B actually has the best horizontal movement so if you are recovering laterally you'd usually got for that. The weakest variant is for speed or escape options
@@marche800 That's actually a myth. He moves faster horizontally with the second charge but he goes less distance. It's just worse overall compared to the highest charge
T in case you don’t understand, I was being sarcastic, it’s very obvious you’re just one of those people that doesn’t enjoy the research joke and likes to make snide comments instead of just going about your day
Salem has no answer to rushdown especially fox, who is complete bs. Hero fox is a horrible MU and same with Shulk. Only snake has a salvageable mu against fox, but Salem's snake isn't at a high enough level for it to work
Mictlan Even if they do their reaction would still be slower than someone who could read English, but it really doesn’t matter at the end of the day. If they want to ban then ban. If they don’t then don’t. It doesn’t affect us
@@zerimas_ lol ya, just thought it was funny cause leffen said that in a video like the day before and we all know they got beef. Although at 8:07 he did get a lucky crit from center stage and 8:30 was 'lucky' that he got a snooze (though takes some skill to recognize and take advantage)
The loser of the match gets to pick the stage if i’m not mistaken. And there is no rng to the moving platforms; they always happen at certain times on the timer. Players can do creative stuff with them.
@@esbluetheprototype simple.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Profanity The more you know. Just because you live in a secular society, doesn't make it any less profane to do.
