It’s interesting how the light cones have frozen moments ranging from very happy to ultimate anguish. Epiphanies that shaped who they are now. Arlan’s light cone especially makes me emotional. He’s so determined to hide his own pain to keep helping others. Never showing weakness means never asking for help or getting cared for. Always handling things on your own. Arlan had a touch childhood before Asta took him in. So he’s paying the kindness back no matter the cost. Even the first time we meet him he’s hurt from protecting the space station. LC fits well with his kit of using HP instead of skill points. Basically hurting himself to defeat enemies.
