Lighten Dark Elbows, Knees & Underarms Fast!- Kojie Soap *2021 Update* 

I hate when people say use lemon juice. That shit takes FOREVER !

Don't get all the mad comments... I'm white but I also like my skin to evenly coloured, so why isn't she allowed to like that?? If you rather have uneven skin than thats fine but doesn't mean you should judge her!

Imagine being really light skin and having super dark knees and elbows That’s me.

I suffer from hyperpigmentation and I don't appreciate people saying things like "she's trying to be lighter and change her color" it's not any of that, we just want our skin to be evenly colored and I am very much insecure about my hyperpigmentation!

Oh a tip! Cut your Kojic soap into little cubes! It will last longer & is easier to manipulate!

I'm so happy to know I'm not the only one with this hyperpigmentation problem. It's crazy honestly! My nuckles, elbows, and and knees are about 10 shades darker than my actual skin color. I think it's due to being so sun-active throughout my childhood.

I've been using this for approximately two weeks. 1. I am dark skinned. 2. I want to remain dark, but I want an even tone. I have hyper pigmentation on my inner thighs and my under arms. So far, so good. I read multiple reviews and how different people used the soap, and tried a few different approaches. The best approach for me has been to jump in the shower with warm, not hot water. Afterwards, move away from the stream or turn off the water and soap up all over(excluding the nether reagions). I also use an exfoliating cloth to apply the soap. I leave it on my body for 5 minutes at least or until it tingles. You will feel a tingle if you leave it on too long, and then I rinse off. Afterwards I wait few minutes before applying a moisturizer. It dries your skin like a mofo. My shoulders and arms look amazing. I've only been using the new all over shower method a week, but awesome results. I don't look lighter, I look brighter if that makes sense.

I think all these people commenting before they think. Don't know that us deep skinned girls get hyper pigmentation and those areas like our knees and aimpits and elblows get super dry and show up dark. It's really just enhancing, evening out and brighting those areas. Plus it's good for your skin so what's so bad about wanting healthy and good looking skin?

People are idiots. It's not the same as bleaching. Who doesn't want to have even skin tone? This is the same as when women tan certain parts of their body to match areas that are always exposed to sunlight.

I am currently using the Koji acid soap on my face and oh boy is it doing wonders. My face is getting more even toned and the dark spots are fading! So yes highly recommended and thanks for sharing🤗

Girl, I am from the Philippines and that box you held up is literally $1.00 with the exchange rate. Kojie- san is made here. I suggest you cut up your soap into sections and store the pieces you are currently using. That stuff melts fast. Saves you soap since you are paying an arm and a leg for it.

I used to fall down all the time and cut up my knees as a kid. Now they’re dark and scarred and I’m too embarrassed to wear anything short. I really hope this works for me

I've been using this soap for about 5 years now and definietly recommend it! I use it for my face and has made my complexion brighter but without me looking too pale since I naturally have tan skin. I’m just here to drop a tip to anyone with dark knees. I started doing a face scrub with 1tbl spoon brown sugar, honey, and a few drops of lemon. I’d use it at least twice a week as a facial scrub and whatever was left over I would scrub for a few minutes on my knees. In less than a month I saw results. I hope it works for anyone struggling with dark knees. 🤗

Thanks for the tip! I was going to use a skin bleacher, just a tiny bit on my knees and elbows just to get as close in tone to the rest of my body lol. The only problem with Japanese products (it's pronounced kou-gee-aye) is that it's more for getting your skin actually white, but I see it's working with everyone so I'm gonna try it!

This stuff works wonderfully for hyper pigmentation without bleaching unaffected skin. I've used it all over for a year or so. But please, please use a good quality sunscreen. I got really bad sunburn for the first time as a black woman and I won't make that mistake again, lol.

When I was younger I'd cut a fresh lime/lemon and rub it on my elbows here and there. I think it works :) pretty evenly skin toned on those parts now

Great video. I just wanted to share that darkening of the underarm and neck areas are also signs of possible diabetes. It's worth it to discuss it with a medical professional and have testing done to be sure.

Koji soap has detsroyed my knees . I did everything . Here are some of the stages to stop using the soap , stage 1 - excessive dryness (despite moisturizing), stage 2 - you dont notice results for over 2 weeks , stage 3 - your skin gets tingly and burns , stage 4- your skin loosens and wrinkles

There's a variant of that same brand. It has "anti aging" words written on it. The soap is color white so it does not stain the tub or the floor.

Would this help with discoloration caused by eczema?

I have been using this soap for four months now I I use it all over my body from my face on down to my feet and let me just say I shower with it twice a day and IT REALLY WORKS! Actually since I started using this soap I have not had any of my eczema flare up and my skin is absolutely flawless

Hi Essie! I like your videos. And when i came across this video I was like, yasss I have been using this since I was in the University. I am a Filipina and oh how I love my darker skin color but of course I want my skin to have the same skin tone all over. This helped me with the dark line behind my neck and my knees!.. I think this would only cost you 1-2 USD for that box that you have. There is also a bigger soap bar of that brand, but i find that small ones better. If I am not mistaken they have a similar soap bar for men. I don't want to bleach my skin as I love being in my skin, but this really helps with the hyperpigmentation along with daily moisturizers of course.. At least it did for me.. I hope to see more of your videos! You are so fun!

I use this! I’m fair skinned and I also have dark elbows and knees. I used Spa milk salt to lighten them but I never thought of using the soap to just those areas, I use it all over my body having that I get tanned every time I walk under the sun and I wanna get my skin tone back coz uneven skin tone especially on the face is -eerr- difficult to those who do not really like wearing makeup. Well I guess I could try this too👍

I’ve been using Kojie-San over the yrs and yes, it does lighten the skin because it’s acid soap. But definitely not my elbows and knees.
