Hi Costech USA , I want to asking someting, can you help mi about the my HDTV Cable which is like your cable. Our cable doesn't work on C-Type and also sometimes İphone . Can I load new software on this transmitter cable , if its can be how I can find this software code .?
I have a hitachi TV around 12 years old. When I connect the TV asks me to trust this ‘computer’ I think this is because the iPad doesn’t have mouse so I can’t click on ‘trust’. Any ideas? Thanks.

kristian zapanta mine doesn’t either, mine works with my iPhone SE and my brothers iPhone 7 but it won’t work with my iPhone 7, it shows it charging but my tb just shows a blue screen with a qr code for some reason???
Mohamed_hx so get the cord make sure yo phone hotspot is on it’s going to tell you to put yo passcode in then boom your all set go to RU-vid or even yo favorite game
I am guessing it has to do with the ios software blocking the screen casting capabilities... setting up hotspot must open some kind of door inside the coding? I honestly have no idea why it would need hotspot... Either way its kinda bullshit because not everyone can open their hotspot and not everyone is going to use activated phones. if you ever find out why it needs a hotspot please let me know because i am really curious myself.

It's Mia Mamay yes it shows a qr code but you don‘t need it. you only have to connect the adapter first with the hdmi cable and your lightning cable...then connect your iphone with the adapter...next you have to tap on your phone that it can trust the pc...after that your phone ask for your code...when you enter the code it should be work. just don't buy 3rd party cables ppl. most of them can only mirror the iPhone screen. with the original cable, u can extend the screen instead of mirroring with some apps.
