Your welcome Kate you deserve it your such a blessing to everyone that knows you 🙌🏽 I just watched the video of the fire on the field not to far from you guys you guys are surrounded by amazing neighbors and the Firemen it was so awesome to see everyone come to help to put it out praise God the wind shifted were you scared when you had to get back to work and you could still see the fire
Seeing you, your father, and your uncles out there on your farm and flying in the skies warms my heart because with all of the absolute nonsense going on in the big cities more and more all the time, it is very assuring to know that good people like you folks are working hard to maintain our civilization that was built by us. We built it. We maintain it. They cannot take it from us.
Love! Love ! Love! The Come Harvest With Me video by Kate! Not only are you smart and beautiful you are super sweet and helpful! God bless you young lady and your entire family! ✝️👍🏼❤️
310 likes & not a single dislike. Speaks volumes for Kate & the content she works hard to produce (as well as full time farming let's not forget). Love you Kate keep up the good work xxx
You see I know of a bunch of daughters that their father owned a farm and he didn't have any sons either. But his daughters never helped their father own the farm. They thought it was a mans job. But you see my wife and my three children helped me out on the farm that I was running by myself. With three other hands. One of those hands worker was my oldest son.
@@buddhicks4447 I was born 1st so I get most of the farm but ima b a good boss. My dads a super good boss but a 17 yo had a heat attack from tryin 2 work as fast as my dad and my dad has gray hairs starting he’s so old now
I grew up on a row crop family farm in the Midwest. Since then life has taken me to all corners of the Earth and back again. Growing up on that farm, self sufficiency, importance of family and all the values, virtues and ethics that come with life on the farm have served me well in life. Thank you Kate for sharing these videos. It warms my heart to see these traditions are still going strong. You do a great job with these videos while multitasking. Blessings to you and yours!
Hi Mark, you must be in God's good grace to be blessed with such a wonderful daughter. Kate handles her combine like a pro. She is so mature for her age. Children all over the world could learn life lessons from her. Kate every video I watch impresses me about how well you explain the farming life to the masses. MY wife and daughter love their tote bags and use them every day. Watching you brings sunshine to my life. Thank you for that gift. Coach Steve
I know as a young lady you have aspirations for what you want to do in your life but I know your dad appreciates your help! You're a great daughter I know! God bless you and your family!
What strikes me are your communication skills. When talking to your father or uncle or whoever you are crystal clear in your words and intention. For instance: When answering a question or acknowledging information received, instead of just saying "Yeah", you say "Yes, I know what you mean" or "Yes, I understand". Rare trait which will pay dividends for you throughout your life. :)
Fabulous video! This is a whole world I am totally ignorant of, and you are a remarkable young woman in your maturity and skills and hard work! Thank you for putting food on our tables.
Jesteś Super! Takich ,,Prawdziwych'' kobiet potrzeba na tym świecie! Jesteś przykładem zaradności i mądrości w tym zwariowanym i obłudnym świecie... Chylę czoła i życzę sukcesów. Pozdrawiam D.Ś.
🇨🇦/🇺🇸... As the father of two capable young women, I'm not the least bit surprised that you can drive a combine, but it is nice to see and it can only encourage others as to the diversity of options in life! This is fun to watch! Thank you. 😃
I just found your wonderful video , and you impress me. Our farm is on the Ia Ne border in the Mo valley so some of our land resembles your flat lands. When I returned from the Air Force and grad school in 1972 our first combine was a cabless AC Series 90 combine. Later we bought a John Deer 45 combine followed by a Case IH 403 and so on. I remember fires, storms, late nights and the last days of harvest. @@KatesAg
Kate thanks for being you and using your gifts and talents well. You make my heart happy and your love for your family and farming is brilliant. I hope you never loose that great quality. The world needs more genuine inspiring positive people like you. Please keep doing what you're doing and I love the variety and history videos that you do. I think I would like to visit your state some day. I used to think the 30 and 50 acre fields on the family farm (here in Michigan) were big when I was young and running equipment all day long. Take care.
Hi Kate thanks for this video.... Very informative and interesting.... Keep up this work... You make lots of people happy as this is so much better that watching TV.... Thanks again from a 60 year old dairy farmer who had a daughter who looked after herd when she was 14 years old... Now she is 32.cheers Peter huisman
I spent my childhood riding with my Dad in his tractor. Sometimes we got a ride on combine with one of the drivers. It's great to see the equipment got so much better. It's also great to see that the people are the same still: hardworking and ... real I guess.
I spent my childhood helping dad plow w/horses riding on the plow to hepl hold it down in the soil! Thats why i was frecklel faced until i was 18yr old, You ever been behind a mule when he farts???
Growing up I always jumped at the chance to ride in the combine with my grandfather. I eventually figured out how to operate it and one day a year later It was my turn. So after a couple of passes I felt confident enough to give it a shot. Being from Montana myself I hope to one day do it again, sure would bring back some fond memories. God Bless
You are such a great example of what our country needs a whole lot more of! Beautiful and hard working too! Keep up the good work, hope your videos are seen by everyone. You are doing so much more than you know. Family values and work ethics are hard to find in our country currently. God bless and keep up the good work beautiful! 👍😘
Kate, you did a great job on the video! I'm originally from Nebraska ( now in Mississippi) and have put in about seven hundred hours driving an auger wagon but only about a half a day driving a combine. I always really enjoyed Harvest Time, and it's really fun to see you do it. Montana is beautiful and thank you for sharing your day with us!
Thanks Kate. This is very interesting to learn about wheat harvesting. I grew up on a farm myself in Ohio but no wheat. Unfortunately it was tobacco but I am glad I never took up any of the habits of tobacco. Most people have no clue about the steps that their food goes through to get to the grocery store.
how great is mrs Kate shes classy loves the birds very experienced with the hi dollar equipment I would trust mrs Kate with somethin like that luv u mrs Kate
Although I grew up in the suburbs and then in the city population of 7M+, I greatly appreciate the importance of young and generational farmers bringing food to our grocery stores. A reminder that we are all supporting each other under one nation under God.
Lunch grandpa...yes, lunch...LUNCH grandpa!..lunch! Grandpa-"oh, I thought it was breakfast." Very cute!! Excellent video on the grain harvest process. Keep up the great work!
You always do such a fantastic job with your videos. I see no matter what type of farming, farmers always push it to the limit when it's going to rain. That's what we do. Be safe
Ya gotta love the technology on those combines. Such beautiful country. It just looks endless. We’re so thankful for farmers, like y’all are, who spend there lives serving the masses our food. It’s funny watching those little birds RUN for there lives. Thanks for another nice vid Kate.
Hi, Kate! Your videos bring back so many memories of all the hours I was privileged to enjoy doing farm work when I was a teen! I didn’t have the privilege of growing up on a farm, so the opportunities were precious. My first memory is driving grain cart back when the augers were stationary. I was just out of 8th grade helping my uncle in Central KS during corn harvest in 1977. This was back in the days prior to radios, and I was a hillbilly that did NOT understand sign language! The field had just been opened and was only a few rows wide. As I drove in the field, I realized that both combines were sitting still because they were full. Of course, I headed back with all speed, and then the drivers started waving. I thought they wanted me to hurry, so I kept the throttle open! I had to go between them to turn around, and only later did I learn that my auger, and one of theirs had missed by inches! One of my next memories, and why I chose to comment on this video, was wheat harvest in central SD in 1983 pulling a JD 6601 pull type combine with a pickup header in a 4240 JD tractor. It was a lot of fun, because two of my buddies were driving combines in the same fields. By then, we had radios, and could have conversation. A year later, I had the opportunity to go on a custom harvest run for wheat harvest, and bean harvest down south. Your videos are so refreshing and informative! Keep up the good work, and JSYK, there are many Grandpas like me out there that would pay to do what you are doing! Till next time….
I just happened across your site and enjoyed every bit of your video. I have experience on tractors but I have never been on a combine. You did an excellent job of explaining how everything works. Thank you.
I enjoyed "chatty Kate" today, a nice change up from "reporter Kate." Informative and interesting...Great job!!! Sorta feels like we are riding along with you.
I just want to say I hurt my back many years ago but most of the time I am ok . But I have been hurting bad the last couple of weeks that when I found your videos you have been a blessing for me I can’t get out right now but love watching your videos. Thank you so much for making them.
Kate, I don’t have a clue what you’re doing, but enjoyed your explanations throughout! You are quite a talented young lady and I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully I’ll be able to continue watching your future programs, too. Nice work on the videography, too.
Love your VIDEOS you remind me of a young lady I met in South Dakota on wheat harvest in 1972 she was a beautiful person also. I never returned. Have a wonderful life.😊😊😊😊😊😊
Just had your channel recommended due to another Montana farm i watch. So far, loving the constant dialogue with what's going on. Going to have to go back and watch previous vid's now lol
I'm just blown away by this young lady. Impressed is not strong enough of a word. Here in California kids her age usually can't even change out of their pajamas long enough to drive to McDonald's and Starbucks without complaining and that's pretty much as much work they will ever do, besides protesting things they have no idea about that is.
I'm right with ya kate with driving big machinery down the road being scary. The bigger the tires, the bouncier they can get making them hard to control. Love how you look out for wildlife while harvesting! Lightning strikes can be scary too. haha Hope your truck drivers get better. Swapping jobs is something we definitely do on our farm too. Eventually you learn how to do everything. haha Thanks for another video Kate! God Bless and stay safe.
I can t imagine why anybody would hit the thumbs down button. Some people just can't be satisfied. I wait all week for your videos to be released. It really makes my day when I get to watch you harvest and run that big ol combine. Such a sweet and talented young lady. Such a pleasure to watch your videos. Good luck and God bless. Stafford We live in north west ga. our country is nothing like yours. beautiful area where you are
Wow! Got that field done just in time! Loved the “ohhhh there’s a baby bird!” and you are quite the good Combine operator Kate. Can we look forward to “Kate’s Ag” brand of lentils and wheat flower or other products raised on your Family Farm? I think it would be a big hit. Say Hi to Grandpa, Dad and Uncle Chris.
I wish I had a pound ( A £, yes I'm English!) for every time that I said to myself " Got that field done just in time !" be it ploughing drilling, baling, combining , potato harvesting etc. etc. 😉
Thanks for the information you share with us! That's awesome to be able to watch you working. Now I can see some of the things that puts food in my table! You are a beautiful young lady ❤️🌹😊
Awsome work mate, i love to see a different side to farming, I'm a free range chicken farmer with 45,000 hens producing just over 40,000 eggs a day ( Dave from Australia ) and would love to drive one of those machines
It amazed me that Kate is familiar with the term "Catch 22!" A movie that left its own imprint on American Society. She was so appropriate in its use, and I was quite surprised when she said it.
Hi Kate. I just found one of your videos on You Tube and I was totally rapt by it. I am a middle aged guy in rural England who owns his own business and you are an inspiration to young people the world over. It is such a pleasure to see someone so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. Keep it up. Your family must be so proud of you. I am, and I am 5000 miles away! Best wishes, A.
