THAT'S how reviews are done. Not this boring, longish blathering. Thanks, Andy, love both your channels

Another great pocket sized review Andy. I love the main channel but do enjoy these little fillers in between. Keep up the good work mate.

Yes...well-deserved cuppa at the end! Not least for fine videography. Gear like this is very useful for the backpacking trekker who exhausts themself during the day and needs a familiar and available kit of basic day-after-day needs. As a younger father with a family who enjoyed trekking, this is exactly 'like it.' All of our gear was 'lightweight' and our campsites were along popular trails that had been increasingly picked over for useful wood as the season progressed. THANKS ANDY for sharing. This NOW is on my list for the personal/two person kit with the smaller grills/griddles/ pans and pots you have been demonstrating. We are down to needing only to provide for two.

16 quid for a handy, little piece of gear that looks great for car/truck camping or back yard use is great. Take care, Andy.

i have one of these i keep in the back of the Disco, they are great. once i used it with a 9qt dutch ovenfull of stew, it was ok but it did sink lol. with an oven the size you have you will never have a problem they are a good item. i find it easier to pull the chain up and poke the long end of the pin back through rather than moving the pin down the chain, nice review.

That's a nice backpacking tripod and lightweight at 16 ounces. Here in the US there is a real deciding factor about getting one , even Amazon says it cannot be shipped ( unavailable ) to the States. Several years ago I went with the Vargo Titanium folding grill. The grill is 3.7 ounces or 105 grams. It's a multi use item , I can grill on it , use it as a pot support with a small fire or ( alcohol ) stove under it and my pot on it. . It also serves as a small table to set things on when I'm in the tent and it's been cleaned , especially after grilling something on it.

Good review with zero fat! For my understanding you can keep that pin at the end of the chain and when you want to put your kettle in a higher place, you just lift the chain and stick the long part of the pin through the chain link.

Fab review, I bought two of these last year and added a section to make it higher and had over a raised fire pit, we hung the large Dutch oven when cooking a rhubarb crumble without any issues, great bits of kit. Have to admit had not thought about using for hanging the lantern on ;-)

Nice job on the review. You do a very good job. You have made it a very informative peace of information. I have bought some of the other stuff you have reviewed because your presentation has helped me understand it and see it in action... hope the Channel is very successful and worth the trouble for you....

⛺️🤠👍. Hooray! This isn't 1880, the age of the long-legged steel trivet are numbered for all but the most horse & trailer / 4x4 camping type set-ups. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a slightly larger version of this but this is an awesome product & a long-time coming. I reckon that with the 'leg joints', you could mount a platform that'd sit on top the joints, if you wanted to knock one up. This could also be used as a 'shooting stick' / rest once it blackens up a bit 🤠👍. Good kit that most of us could use regularly👏👏👏.

Rain on a tarp must be one of the worlds best noises. 😊 Great review! I can’t stand fuss and artistic crap in reviews. Just get on with it. I’ve been looking for one of these, but the ones i’ve found had bad reviews about being flimsy. This one looks good and sturdy. Thanks Andy, great job 👍🏼

Very nice. You can also leave the top pin as is on the end of the chain, and just run the end through the chain at your desired height. (At least that's the way I use mine.)
