For any wall-related Heat Actions for Kiryu, the front would be this variant of Essence Of Wall Crush, while the rear variant would be Essence Of Crushing Throw.

0:52 One thing that I noticed awhile ago is that Kiryu for the first time in his life (or rather heat action) is that he actually renders the gun he disarmed inoperable after use which is super cool.
He's still such an incredible fighter. I hope his cancer doesn't slow him down too much. At least make it like Darth Vader where he changes his style to compensate.
i love kiryus new fighting style cuz it's so different from how he usually fights but i kinda wish he could have a parry block thing like yagami snake style from lost judgment

Disappointed in Dragon God not having an actual proper impact of foot to head. The changing cameras also don't help the pace as cool as it is that they re-used the summoned dragon from 7. But otherwise it's still cool, though it feels like maybe that's all because this is gonna be re-used as an AOE in 8.
technically this is a new version of Essence of Reversal (Kiryu learns this thru a Revelation in 3, and Tanimura can learn this in 4 via IF7-R) but with a focus on immobilizing/disabling the enemy before landing the hit
Maybe lost judgement has skewed the playebases expectations. But the amount of heat actions added to this game is about on par with most other entries in the series. I think the problem is the *lack* of recycled heat actions. Most extreme heat mode heat actions are gone. No back grabs. And no directional counter heat actions. I'd chalk this up to being the fault of its extremely short development time. Relative to most other titles.
If it's the one I think it is, you have to max out the main upgrade for each of the gadgets. Then in either chapter 4 or 5(don't remember which one), you'll get the option to unlock it.
