Against enemy with high evade ,you can use magic or some physical attack have properties of no miss and ignore guard ( dragon of dojima essence of gun for example). Spoiler : Wong Tu weakness to gun seem to foreshadowing his end. Just like Dwight death related to water.
@@azuresapphire220 Kiwami moves always hit. There's a kiwami move from the maid that cleanse the buff so you can use that. You also can use back attack for enemies that have high evasion if you're lucky. I have tested this against Majima
Should have been the 5th party member of Ichibans party, he has a vendetta against Bryce and wants to save his son, but nope, he dies and Joongi Han comes way too late in the game, I mean they could still have Joongi as a 6th party member for Ichiban, but that's kinda unfair when Kiryu's party has 5, so either be unfair and have Joongi in the game or not have him in the game at all.
"I... AM... A DRAGON, MR. TOU! I AM A DRAGON!! IIII AAAM, A DRAGON-" Spoilers for chapter 9 of Infinite Wealth But seriously though, I felt sad about Wong, like he could have been an epic poundmate (or, like Yamai, a nice guest to have on Dondoko Island)... and instead they choose the fastest but terrible way to get rid of both him AND Hanawa at the same time ;-;
Well his face IS modeled after Dae Kim, but in english dub he voices Ebina. Don't really know why though, maybe he decided to do so or maybe it was part of the contract. It's the same mystery as to why Dwight isn't voiced by Danny Trejo when he speaks in english in the japanese and chinese dubs
>Presents himself as a commander of a Chinese faction with an illegal casino. >Says he only needs a desk to do his job. >Takes on both Ichiban and Kiryu in a fight. >Refuses to elaborate further. >Leaves the story without accomplishing much.
I love how he equipped them with the formal outfits to fit with the story cutscenes. It's really weird in the first playthrough, the game doesn't let the party keep these outfits in gameplay and QTE parts, even though you havent unlocked those yet, the devs still should have made the outfit automatically equipped in those specific sections, just like how Ichiban, Adachi and Joongi were automatically equipped back to their LAD7 outfit in the final chapter
If only Wong Tou ended up joining the Yokohama Liumang under Seonhee where he could've stood up against the Seiryu Clan instead of becoming a wasted potential.
One of the best soundtracks in the whole game, and oen of the best dynamic intros too (just to see Kiryu and Ichiban doing some sweet tag team action), which almost makes up for the fact that Wong just got taken out of the story rather abruptly. Also somewhat funny that he uses a literal pen knife in the fight, when the intro shows he's a beast at hand to hand anyway. Maybe it could have been a phase shift for him?
Dude has a cool intro, looks redeemable, have gratitude for both Ichi and Kiryu for saving his life and want to return the favor. Really, he could have been written much better, like joining Yamai in defending Ichi gang from the main island Palekana on their way to Nele island.
I was NOT prepared for this fight at all lmao. I got my ass handed to me, and ended up restarting the fight about 6 times. Finally beating him was the most satisfying feeling ever! Then they just never did anything with him, and I forgot about him entirely until the final chapter lol
Is there a strategic reason why they're not equipped with their best weapons? I haven't started NG+ yet so I have no idea how it works. Do you not get to keep your crafted weapons in NG+?
Great mod choice Leon. I was befuddled the first time when I played as well why didn’t the models repersent what you were actually wearing. A weird oversight by RGG, but modders always come through!
This whole game was an ensemble of wasted potential, full of plotholes and undisclosed storylines. It was funny to play, but storywise was one of the worst in the franchise
@@LordRobaZe Like: - What happened to Wong Tou's son? And why Wong, who was supposed to be an important character, was taken out in that stupid way? - Who really was Hanawa? In Gaiden he told he already knew Kiryu and he had to erase his name too - Who Kiryu proposed to? - How Lau Ka Long survived with a hole in the head? In Y7 he told to be Lau's twin and it was already stupid that way but now... - How Richardson survived from falling from the roof of a hospital? And why he befriended Kiryu after that? - Why Ichiban forgave and rescued Eiji? Differently from Chitose, he never was his friend and was deceiving him from the start. There was no actual reason to act in that way for Ichi, unless they want to turn him into a saint. - Why they used Shin Amon model in place of Jo? - Why Kaoru was relegated in a sidequest, when in the trailer she looked to be relevant to the story? - Why Kiryu changed his haircut? Ok, this is stupid, but I'm very curious about it. - How can Bryce be more than 90 yo? This is not a fantasy - How Kiryu localized Daigo and company, if they were hiding in that fishermen village? - Kiryu gets exposed being alive, but, in the following chapters, he and the other character still act as if he was still considered dead - And probably other points that now I'm forgetting
