Herbert Wigwe was the CEO of Access Bank Nigeria Plc. He later became the CEO of Access Holdings, controlling huge resources. In January 2024, he died in a helicopter crash in the United States of America. His wife and son were also in the same helicopter. They also perished in the crash. This video presents the life and times of Herbert Wigwe.

Don't speak ill of the dead but objectivity counts. How did he acquire intercontinental and diamond bank who to the contrary had solid balance sheets in terms of equity to debt ratios? Stop singing praises and be objective. That is true history and what this continent needs.

Twitter had one of the most solid balance sheets in modern times when it was acquired by Elon Musk. Once the owner is ready to sell and the buyer is available to buy, any business can be sold.

@@backinhistory9 It was never a voluntary sale, more of a forced M&A in the guise of bank consolidations during the time of Sanusi. Conduct more research and you'll see the anomaly in both situations.
