Don’t need full range of motion to build strength when the load is that heavy, plus they use their entire upper body when arm wrestling (even partially lower body), not just their bicep… train smart for your sport, not to gain the acceptance of keyboard warriors who can’t full rom even 60 lbs. Theres a reason these are elite level arm wrestlers and you’re sitting behind a computer. Levan is the strongest arm wrestler of all time

@@vladgor4099 doesn't change the fact that this is not a biceps curl. I curled 26kg yesterday for reps full motion no back. I guess i could do 60kg with their technique. Not saying im stronger, but poor form is poor form
@@jl7487 Doesn't matter. Their aim is strength and not muscle grown. Unconventional lifts work for applicable strength. My guess is you've never seen armwrestling training before. ALL their lifts are weird because they're working highly specific arm movements.
Brzenk and Todd aren't regular, Every Georgian Superheavyweight Smashed everyone by far. and in World armwrestling championships Georgia either gets #1 or top1-3 for years alredy
Regular? Did u just call john regular armwrestler? You are stupid D. They are double in terms of strength (irakli and zurab) but todd and john are veterans and have way more experience thats why they lost not because they are weak.
@@snarevox terrible form for fitness training. Works great for armwrestling specific training. Or try grabbing one and replicate what they do, I’m sure you’re gonna fail miserably 😂

@@leongeorge9783 Oh is that science? Brah it depends whose biceps it is. Jokes aside, without training, 35 kg will also tear your biceps. If you have the required strength for something heavy, it won't harm you a flick.
Honestly tho. How can everyone even say those are reps. Those are quarter reps. I can go do 100lb quarter reps n i dont even try training like these dudes. ""QUARTER REPS""" i can do 120lbs dumbbells bent rolls in full range for 15 reps n upright rows with 120 for 12reps.
Those are specific exercise for arm wrestling, not everyone who lift weights is a bodybuilder, why not you try those exercises for just 1/10th of the rep bet u can’t even move it
I jus tried yesterday and when i go back tomorrow to the gym im gonna shout your mouth. I did 150 lbs for 7 reps. Exactly the way they do them. So lets put some money on it n be good to your word and lets do the pay by bank transfer. No more talk, kus put your money where ya mouth is.

@@rubixcubesolveTHE most accurate explanation till date. Their goal is to build strength for the table, not appease keyboard warriors or pose like those bodybuilders.
Well, man, many armwrestling fans DO know how to train. Considering I've lifted elite level totals for 20+ years now, and I've done my own programming...and successfully trained many others with staggering results...I think I TOO can lay claim to certain level of prowess in that department. There are many personal trainers, physical and occupational therapists, and top tier strength athletes in this sport. I'm not saying that any given random person here knows how to train, but a helluva lot of us DO.
Irakli doing the things he does at 75-79kg is absolutely insane he is teuely the strongest lb 4 lb arm wrestler there has ever been imo. He can out di guys that weight 150kg? Like wtf? It's insane! He just beat someone that was 200kg right? Like wow!
@@RDS_Armwrestling he legit just arm wrestler at king of the table 4 and weighed in at 79kg so wtf are you talking about? How long ago did he fight Todd? He isn't even close to what he was back then he's way way better he has progressed a ton. As many have already said. Just like everyone thought he would lose this match haha.
@@OneGodPlus man, i checked now a video from todd vs irakli and its true, todd is more powerful. I checked also todd vs brzenk but tboth weighted the same so i don't know who really is more powerful pound for pound.
Iove how levan, starts yelling like a drill sergeant, and then breaks out in laughter because he can't stay serious....that is a good man with a sense of humor!!!
The Polish will be giving them a run in about 3 years. Many others will challenging Levan in 3-5. Levan has triggered many giants to take notice and they’ll be entering soon. It’s just a matter of specified training, technique, and experience…which will take time. The sport is new from a popularity stand point and in a major transition. We’ll likely see the WAL add another weight class as all these giants start gunning for Levan.
in armwrestling you'll do absolutely anything and eveything that will make you win so cheat curls are necessary. Unlike "science based lift for bodybuilding"
Haven't been to the gym in decades...I just do pull-ups instead...maybe time to put some weights on my back while pulling...gotta be tough through the aches of life

@@rubixcubesolve Troll, I am an elite arm wrestler. I know Alex toproll, monster todd, John breznk and have been pulling for the better part of 20 years. Levan is the strongest of all time and as I said...genadi isn't gaining the bicepital strength he would gain with full range....so keep your uneducated unexperienced opinion to yourself. You claim to know my strength numbers which is laughable considering you don't know me. I travel the world buddy and don't own a keyboard so get bent. The ability to full range a heavier weight would allow you have more power to bring and keep your opponent in the area of the table to apply your body weight and leverage. Hey now you can say you've learned something. Have a nice day asshole.
you would be surprised what you can hold with bicep if you only let the dumbell go down a few inches like Levan and Irakli does in this clip. I can fully hammer curl only 25kg without cheating and tossing, but if i only micropump and dont let my elbow open up, i can hold 35kg.
When he screamed in his team mates ear then laughed was fucked. Lol made me go from a serious face watching to throwing my phone in the bed out of laughing so hard
