You should read the captain underpants books it's has something wimpy kid doesn't a over arching story in other words you actually have to read them in order
U should read the Middle School Series. It’s made by the same people who made I Funny. It’s a lot like DOAWK, but with a story spanning across every book
Dear Dumb Diary is DEFINITELY not a knockoff of Dork Diaries. It has a COMPLETELY different style of humor than both Wimpy Kid and Dork Diaries, but it's an acquired taste to be sure. Dork Diaries though is LITERALLY just the "girls' version" of Wimpy Kid and it's a pretty boring high school drama. Not much else to say other than that. And yes, Big Nate is really good and funny. -Ruby
as a /big fan of the wimpy kid books, I'm also a big fan of the Middle School series by James Patterson. any of you guys also read it? please do a review on it!
Honestly the big nate is one of the best series for books. The comic series such as Big nate from the top and many others have humor targeted to a more mature audience which makes them comedic gold.

Books I like *bad guys *wings of fire *bad kitty *dog man (made by the same person who made captain underpants) *captain underpants *big nate *geronimo stilton *my weird school *doawk :)
Ynow what needs to be on here? Dog man. Made by the same person who made captain underpants. There is a new book in the series called twenty thousand fleas under the sea.
All three of them are my favorite but my Captain underpants book had got ripped up by my little baby brother so I like the diary of a wimpy kid and I like big nate have you watched the Nickelodeon show
And if you like Diary Of A Wimpy Kid, then you might enjoy Middle School, about a boy named Rafe having to go through middle school and learning about his misadventures as the books go on
