Mate ribs are f**king painful, i got hit marshaling at brookthorpe last weekend and have cracked ribs from it and its agony. Take your time to heal up, you'll be back smashing it again in no time! 👊

Let me tell you mate i have had 3 back surgery's. Back is fused and 2 hand surgery's and had throttle hand fused. But yet i still ride. You know why Tommy because you can't find anything in this world like riding a dirt bike.
i dont mean to sound negative tom but perhaps your bodies trying to tell you something the healing process is a lot slower as we get older. you have had one hell of a racing career from british champion to world level rider it just seems the more you push it these days the more you crash and get injured and im sure that in the not to distant future your nipper will want to get out there and race. like i said tom i apalogise if i sound negative but there again perhaps your going to prove me wrong and show us you still have that fire in your belly.
