Harlem shaking like a mfer. I'm from Harlem so when all the rappers started doing it we were like "finally y'all caught up because y'all are a year late. That "special delivery" and "let's get it" was the bangers. Along with "put ya hands up" by Jadakiss
He almost did about 5 times when he was appreciated shit sad when u think about how all of these young kids in there prime might be going threw depression and bow wow tried committing suicide on his 15th birthday because his dad wasn’t there
Almost. Late surviving 90's kid's in their late 20's would be 94 to 92. Hell I'm going on 29 in a couple days myself. Got 1 more year b4 that ripe age of 30.
@@crevanille1966 nice. I have sickle cell disease so being 32 is a huge blessing for me. Some ppl think once you hit 30 you're old & can't still accomplish your goals or chase your dreams which is so untrue. I was born January 22, 1989.
Ummm sorry to break up the party, but he's saying "Don't Slow Down" I heard it live on the scream tour back when I was 16. Besides, there's GOOGLE, so u never hafta wonder about litterally anything anymore, like ever. Lol sorry again. Carry on, friends...
TheSaturnSound Actually they had to retire Bow Wow's videos before this one. I would know bc I voted for All his videos everyday. Puppy love had to be retired and Bow wow that's my name was number one for a long ass time too.
They edited out the “Mr 106 & Park” line because this is a version of the video that was played on competitor’s networks. They didn’t want to market 106 & Park in any way.
My daughter used to say bum bum for bubble gum and bae-ben-suit-en for bathing suit. She's 23 now. Also, I used to always sing to her "lil _____, you just don't know the way you move so fast across the floor you go thru my mind like all the time to the point that I just wanna give you a hug" and she would smile from ear to ear. Well, how about she was about 14 when she realized I didn't write this song and she was sooo mad!!! It came out the year she was born so I guess she never heard it. I kept telling her, 'yeah Bow Wow made it but I was singing it to you.' She has never let me live that down.
Back in these days, I used to record the music videos I loved with my VCR and blank tapes. I used to rewind the 1st part constantly because it's hilarious😂😂😂....
I'll sound really corny for saying this but the fact that this kid was able to make songs like this which stand the test of time in terms of Melody and hook, while at the same time being able to play the role of a little little kid that was actually afraid of the dark convincingly in a Disney movie is a testament to how talented he actually was. I take my hat off to bow wow.
I don't know what happened to him, but as he got older he started acting funny. I will still love his tracks from when he first came out. LOL, I remember having this one picture of Bowwow and I would sleep with it EVERY night as a kid.
@@stoneyhighhigh3677 I'm late to the party again lol. I watched that episode of Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta and he was in therapy. Bow wow is following in his sp*rm donors footsteps with the drinking. When he talked about wanting to suicide at 15 years old on his birthday....that made me cry! It's hard growing up so fast when you're the only one and then surrounded by actual adults. Him, Wayne, CB, Romeo and plenty of others + no I'm not excusing their behaviour, but now it makes so much more sense.
@@ayomideloye1743 You're right. It's like him and Wayne etc the brains are trying to catch up to the body and or stunted growth from being in the industry from such a young age.
