I can't remember the last time I had chills from a rap song. When he chased after her and they turned into kids, that gave me goosebumps. It was all feels after that.
@@joel.ha. the episode has to do with them filming this music video, the tall guy at the end was a last minute replacement to play the girls BF, LD didn’t want him so they used him at the end as one of LDs silhouettes.
What's the message? Let some girl friend zone & use you then find your worth because she gave you a hand job and a month? Great message. Y'all are in your feelings fr. What happens to the ones who don't get the kiss, hand job, and a month? They aren't worthy of love. Seriously. A message? It was just a goofy song and something that happened to him. If there's truly a message please share it.
Fr like I’ll never understand why people don’t respect him more for that, i understand not liking his music and not being a fan but the man is undeniably talented. And it’s obvious he makes his music from the heart and wants to inspire others, he makes fun of himself so others can feel better about themselves in a way

Lil Dicky is monumentally underrated in all ways. Dave is one of the best shows on TV, so much deeper than everyone expects, just like his lyrics, and this masterpiece.
It’s crazy to see the fact that we watched Dave make an album right in front of our faces, and we didn’t even realize it while simultaneously laughing and sometimes crying and truly understanding who the person behind the name Lil Dicky is Dave really has my respect after this truly
@@haydenbicky9690 Yes, in one of the episodes he makes this song and at the end of the ep we get this exact same clip. It's a similar case as to most of the other recently released song clips.
@@haydenbicky9690 bro. watch it. it is soooo awesome. i dont wanna spoil it but theres an entire episode centered around the shooting of this music video.
nobody does love songs like lil dicky. this song simultaneously brings me back to my first love and makes me think of my current all at the same time. dave is such a master at his craft, he always knows how to perfectly balance being silly and serious and i love him for that 😌
I loved this episode. It’s pretty genius that the videos for Penith are pretty much ‘done’ as the first 2 singles are literally clips from the show. Man finessed the entire game.
@@unwashedcucumber7488 It's definitely relatable. Well except showing his asshole part, can't say I ever did that. Maybe if I wasn't in wheelchair, who knows! haha Great name btw!
That was a wild emotional rollercoaster. Dave's storytelling through rap is pure godsend, an elegant mix of seriousness and comedy. So happy to see him build his way to up to where he is now.
Im not gonna lie, this hit way too close to home. This had helped me view my own love life from a whole different perspective. I am so glad I opened RU-vid to see this song on my feed. I am so glad he is making more music ! It is so scenematic and beautiful; I absolutely love what you do ! Thank you so much for blessing my day
Incredible song and music video as always... Being able to relate so strongly to this one was something else, but hey everyone grows up and life moves on. I mean at least we will always have the memories we make along the way, the good and the bad. That's life a beautiful and complex thing ❤️🙏
Thank you Lil Dicky for always keeping it real and honest. I skip a lot of hip hop these days because the content is so dark and negative but I can listen to you all day long!
You know, I remember sitting in this exact spot I am now the first time I ever heard my first Dicky song. I'm still here, over a decade later, continuing to listen to some amazing storytelling that somehow always hits close to home. Never change, D
Congrats bois, we've arrived at the era of Lil Dicky's take on Wet Dreams. We're back in the good ole days of rap, we've literally got a funnier J Cole and don't know how blessed we are to have it. Super glad I'm here to witness it myself.
This was the most beautiful story I’ve ever heard!! Made me feel all the highs and lows with him. The way he tells a story is a talent not many people have. I love Dave ❤
Watching Dave and seeing all this now makes me feel so inspired, man. He literally created his own world. I hope to inspire through my music in my own unique way as well. Listen to a song, you'd be surprised.
This is such a masterpiece! Not just was this already my favorite song from this season, the fact that it feels like I was there when the video was shot is just amazing. Much love from Germany.
The fact that this man took a tv show to immerse you into his music/life and turned it into his new album is genius af. And now I feel invested and like I truly was on the journey with him to make the album. And also every episode is a track on the album. Mannnn... THIS IS HIP HOP. Long Live Lil Dicky!
Im not gonna lie. I wasnt feeling like I deserve love. But with this song. I realise i deserve to be love and to love myself. Thank you Lil Dicky. Every song you make its making me grow up as an young adult and as a person. Thank you so much. Love and a hug
this hits hard. i had a similar situation with my first love, i just turned 30 and i still think about her alot. it's kinda sad i guess but i've never felt the same way about any other girl. i miss you brooke, and i hope that wherever you are that you're doing well
what a great song! I felt like I was there with you in that song living it. There are not many songs that make you feel like this song does. Felt like I just watched and entire 2-hour film with the emotions and all. Thanks for the story and wishing you a great 2024!
There are types of people who are going to go through full on healing processes listening to your music. The combo of visuals, character references, themes/subject matter and vulnerability is fully intentional.. Seen and understood.
Absolutely amazing. Dicky, Dave, whatever, Man, you got it, You still got it, and you always gonna have it. Ever since me and my brother memorized pillow talkin (not in a weird way)... hell, since I heard All K on Reddit back in the day, I've been a huge fan. You're the best
Wow, i just listened to this in my office and OH BOY! HOW DO I HAVE TEARS IN MY EYES?? This was pure poetry and I resonated with this hard. Thanks Dicky
