Part 6 of the Lil Doc series is a continuance from Part 5 regarding Paul in the bible. Lil Doc answers questions about the Moonlight Cats (MLC) and F13 Clicks. He recalls Florencia 13 being the homies growing up in the 1970s and 1980s and his relations to Mexicans in the community. Lil Doc is one of many legendary east coast crips mentioned in Larry LaLa" Davis' book Inner City Escort. www.amazon.com...
In 2022, A judge sentenced South Los Angeles gang leader-turned-peacemaker Paul "Lil Doc" Wallace to 35 years in federal prison for his role in a 2014 murder.
The government has called Wallace the "boss of bosses," a senior leader for roughly 30 years of the East Coast Crips, a "violent street gang that claimed a large portion of South Los Angeles." In April, a federal jury in Downtown LA found Wallace guilty of murder and racketeering, while clearing him of a different murder in 2003.
Wallace was known in the community for playing a key role in brokering a truce between the East Coast Crips and Florencia 13, a neighboring Latino street gang, after a 20-year war. His defense team cited "his important gang peacekeeping efforts," as well as the fact that Wallace has been shot three different times (with a total of nine bullets), in asking for a mitigated sentence.

I was in the the Shu with Brownie from F13 64 st he was a young Mexican Mafia Shot caller. He told me his brother got killed by another click from F13. Absolutely true. I've explained on several posts that coming up in the 1960's, 70's, and 80's, there were no beefs with Florence. They minded their business, and we minded ours. On this "Far Eastside," we occupied the same blocks, parks, stores, up and down Florence Avenue, all the way into Huntington Park. The movie theaters (Park, California, and the Warner), on Pacific. The Florence Avenue parades, and the Huntington Park parades. We all occupied Roosevelt Park and Bethune Park. A lot of times we would stroll from Florence & Hooper all the way to the movies, or to shop for clothes and shoes in Huntington Park. It was just everyday life for us. Never a incident with Florence in the 60's, 70's, or 80's. Now, what may have gone down on the other side of Gage, that's their story to tell 😼

Ironically the 1200 bloccs in riverside grew up with East Side Riva and were really tight, so tight that they(ES Riva) was forced to beef with 12blocc in the mid 90’s for riding on rival Mexican hoods in Riverside together. Respect to doc I'm Mexican and growing up in the 80's up to the early 90's it was just about banging on the enemies there was no politicking going on when the politics hit the streets in the mid 90's that's when alot of things got crazy and out of hand . I wish Lil Độc would have kept it 100 and said the EC was in the wrong. I was told by a reputable East Coast back in 2007 in Tehachapi shu I can't recall his name thất one ôf his hoimes bunred the F13 for a large amount ôf birds. That's deep. Sometimes when something like jacking dope happens it can get the upper leadership into political problems unless they correct the wrong. The war was possibly a way of correcting the lost merch. That pressure from top leaders can cause shifts especially if their lives are at stake for losing the product.

I'm new to the in-depth events of the Surenos clashes with Crips or Bloods; most of what I do know was relayed to me by cats I know personally from Six Duce/62, never been an expert on the subject but what is reaffirmed is that work was taken from F13 and a war escalated. Whether that war existed before I have no clue, whether there was minor clashes before I have no clue and whether Sur 13 was pushing boundaries on a geopolitical level I have no clue of that. I'm only familiar with the war between F13 and 62s.

La Eme put a hit out on crips in 80s in the pen but didn't push surenos on the streets to have an all out war against crips on the streets. If you know the 80s, its easy to understand why they didn't want to do that. They could exploit certain advantages behind the walls that cannot be done on the streets.

Doc solid wit the politics. He playin that situation cool. That F13 situation affected all of South Central. It played a lot in the climate in areas like Wilmington too. It's more to that story than just one incident. Supposedly that incident happened in 94' to my knowledge. But there was also shit that happened during the 92' Riots that caused a lot of tension.
