just to state before getting into this. I really enjoy dusty g's music and i enjoy this song as well even though the lyrics are stolen. But people are not only mad because he stole the lyrics. People are mad because he tried to play it off as he wrote that himself, And then when people confronted him about it he said he was a ghost writer for lil peep and that he wrote most of lil peeps songs. Which is a lie lmao. So instead of owning up to his mistake. He made up a lie about a dead rapper and tried to play it off as nothing happened. So i honestly think its completely fair for people to be upset over this. For myself i personally dont really care, Its music at the end of the day.

AJis AWESOME Allusion (which is what you were referring to suicideboys doing) and straight up biting are two different things entirely . And this isn’t the first time he’s ever stolen, just like this has Omenxiii lyrics in it other songs have bitten Peep bar for bar. I’m all for hip hop culture and the new age mixing but only when it’s done right, while I like the vibe of the song I can’t stand by the fact that he’s unoriginal.
I’m pretty sure he stole this whole verse, might be just a couple lines and I’m not sure about the hook. But I do know the he sounds better then the original dude imo, save your rage.
He didn't stole it, he just used it. Just like Suicideboys didn't steal lyrics for almost every song they make, they just reused hooks from various songs.

@@eoghanndiscord4358 that is not sampling lmao. Sampling is when you use a small part of another song and completely change it into your own work. He just sung lil peeps whole verse and called it his own. Plus with sampling you usually have to give credit or pay a license fee
