We recently sat down with Chicago’s very own Lil Mouse for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation he discussed growing up on the Southside of Chicago, being from the 100s, jumping off the porch and being in the drill era at age 12, locking in with producer Chase in the beginning of his career, buzzing throughout the city with his first visual “Get Smoked”, receiving backlash for coming out with drill at a very early age, Lil Wayne hopping on “Get Smoked”, his perspective on what it’s like being raised in the 100s, losing his brother during his career, his project “Micheal Mouse Myers”, linking up with Chicago videographer Azae for his live performance, the impact he wants to live with his music, being ready to tell his story throughout new singles and projects, the creative process being based off the challenges he’s overcame with life, and more!
