He ASSUMED he would be chosen not thinking once that if he WAS they would have contacted him! He received no communication from the SB committee, so tell me why he got all pumped up? And YES HE IS RICH, AND HIS LIFE WILL GO ON! People like me are struggling to not be homeless, to feed my family. Stressed day in and day out about tomorrow and after! REAL EFFING PROBLEMS. Wayne is crying about not being picked for the SB. I wanted so much as a child that I never got, and realized very young that we don’t get everything we want in life. Wayne should know the same thing as an adult. You are Molly Coddling him sir. He will be fine.

I do not understand him making a statement about how he felt. I can understand feeling let down but not the statement about it. The ONLY reason a statement would be made in this situation is to get people to stop talking about it and to congratulate Kendrick, but he didn't do either. We have NEVER seen a statement like this, especially not for something a person was never actually in the running for. Every year there is a city full of famous people, even legends, who are not asked to do the half time show. Brendan Urie & Panic at the Disco weren't asked in Vegas, despite being a _perfect_ candidate for a halftime show performer. Stevie Nicks and/or Fleetwood Mac was "snubbed" in Phoenix and no one made any statement about how hurtful it was that Rihanna was chosen in Stevie's own hometown. That woman has a single album that sold 40 million copies... and like 14 other albums. Human or not, this was weird to do if not to ask people to be excited for Kendrick and to say that Kendrick deserves it. He didn't do either and actually lowkey stoked the debate and criticism for Kendrick being selected.
