This is the biggest waste of taxpayers’ money and the state of Georgia should be ashamed for letting this trial drag on this long yet they have no money to fix those potholes and torn down roads throughout the state. So much for a speedy trial!
I feel so sorry for this dude. He knows he lies all the time. They’re telling him he has to testify or he’ll be put in jail. They’re also saying if he lies he’ll go to jail. He’s saying either way he’ll go to jail then and the judge is like no. I can’t with this trial
@@BarelyStated this has nothing to do with his lies! This is his LIFE because the state has put a target on this man’s back!!! But they don’t care! They don’t seem to have any evidence of value, because if they did, this trial would have been done by now… It’s a whole mess and it’s quite embarrassing honestly!
@@truecrimeuncensoredI don’t know what’s happening with his life and the target on his back. But from the clip he’s talking about how he lies a lot. But yes I agree that this trial is a sham and should be dismissed.
He is being coerced. Coercion refers to the act of compelling or forcing someone to do something against their will by using threats, intimidation, or other forms of pressure. It involves the use of power or authority to manipulate someone’s actions or decisions, often leaving the person with little to no choice but to comply.
He agreed to testify all he gotta do is take the contempt til the trial over it’s a simple choice he agreed to testify for immunity meaning he would be able to walk free of all charges in exchange for his testimony if he doesn’t want to all he gotta do is sit out cut and dry
It's not a punishment for any crimes he's accused of, she said. It technically is not at all a punishment, it's just a remedy for court. If a Judge orders you to do something, and then you don't do it, and the Judge says "Oh okay whatever, we can't do anything about that." then why would people be in jail at all? They'd all just leave, we'd all be unsafe, so Judges need to arrest people who don't follow the law's orders. Spend less time on TikTok and more time reading and you might understand how court and law works a bit better instead of embarrassing yourself.
@@demi8890calling it a remedy for court does not mean it is not a punishment. They can’t make you say things you don’t want to say contrary to public opinion.
Woody should respond. I’m the prosecutor main witness, if I don’t talk this trial is over. I won’t stay in jail long because the trial would be over within a week if I decide not to remember.
Omg. Me neither. I gotta say at that point I would of too. But I'd definitely take contempt. That's not no real time. Rite? Don't they be just holding contempt for hot minute. Do not testify . save your life woody wood
Lmao his making this why more difficult and it has to be… All he has to say he doesn’t remember and he doesn’t know….that’s it Plus Calling this cruel and inhumane is quite a stretch🤣🤣
@@barquanmurphy6407 so dude lied on another men,and put that men in jail for years and paying lawyers millions to somehow escape prison.....its even worse that snitching....
He would have to go back to county. He is subpoena, he is force to say something, anything. Thats why he said he is lying because it meets the basic compliance of the order. If he is lying, thats up to the court to confirm
The best thing for him to do is agree to testify and whatever they ask him a question say to the best if his knowledge he really doesnt remember but yes..or no answers
Dealing with clowns that have no morals or ethics. Embarrassing to the legal profession. This case demonstrates the downfall of our legal system. Its sad. We all lose brain cells watching it.
Once he admits he lied he is not allowed to be on the stand what are we doing also y is love standing and staring him when he walking away someone look into that
It's crazy that they are trying to really convinced him that he does not have a fifth amendment it is comical I've been watching this for the comic relief I've been getting from it
