Most people who try to get clean, smoking and drinking usually always leads back to drugs. As someone who works a program and has been to rehab more times than I care to admit. The only way to get well is to be completely sober. No alcohol or weed or anything. If he were to be completely abstinent from all substances, he would be setting a great example for his fans probably helping people to stay sober for the people who look up to him.

I’ve messed up twice now but never feel back into the pattern for 7 months. The couple of slips were immediately regrettable (alcohol be everywhere!) but I didn’t let that discourage me from the path.

L 1711 it doesn’t seem like he’s on them at the moment of the podcast. I know what a narcotic high feels like so it’s easy for me to tell when someone else is on them. He wouldn’t be able to do the interview for this long if he was currently on them in the podcast. He probably did relapse at one point unless he said he’s currently on them but when they streamed this podcast he was just stoned.

No worries for ranting, sometimes it helps more than you know at the time of the rant. Mac Miller really got me to especially cause I ended up watching his NPR tiny desk performance a little before his passing. The last song "2009" he performs in that I couldnt get out of my head for like a week after watching it and then he passed. Made me feel weird that I couldnt stop thinking of that specific song and performance of it and what hes saying and the look on his face while performing almost gave the signs but nobody was seeing it clearly and how bad it was.To anyone in those spaces growing up you feel you have to have fun but at the same time you have to attempt to be safe in what youre doing and the people close to you youre doing these things with.
