this quarantine has got me into jewelry beading, cross stitching, diamond painting, stamped cross stitching, and now embroidery... crafting really makes this pandemic less daunting...
ikr! i got into crocheting, bracelet making, cross stitching, diamond painting, and learning to embroider. let’s just say there’s craft supplies everywhere
Just lost my mom and used to do crafts with her. For some reason this super chill video and music just made me cry so much. Thx for quality content. ✌️
@@evasmojang Exo is a 9 member kpop group from South Korea that is filled with a lot of talent. You should give them a listen. Personally I recommend Tempo, Love Shot, or Monster. Please listen to Mmmh by Kai as well(he is a member of this group but barely released his own solo album this year)☺️
This video helped me improve on the basic ready to go embroidery kit I bought. Instead of it being boring by just filling in shapes with back and forth stitches I've been mindful of where to put my needle to create more realistic flowers, leaves, and stems. Thank you for your time and effort 💛
Прекрасная нежная вышивка. Всегда думала, что эта техника намного сложнее вышивки крестом, но оказалось, что это не так страшно, да и творчества в этом больше. Спасибо!
ASMR(autonomous sensory meridian response) is literally the static-like/tingling sensation an individual gets from a certain stimulus. It's not a type of video. All individuals have different ASMR triggers, like wax stamping, which is a visual stimulus.
Some people may get ASMR from the sound of the stitching or even from piano music, or from the visuals of the embroidered image. To me it feels like chills, but inside your head instead of on your skin. (Nothing in this video triggers ASMR for me, but I’m much more likely to get it in real life experiences than from video.) I would say this fits nicely into the ASMR genre on youtube, as well as relaxing and background type videos to sleep or study by. I’d even be interested to see a few without the music, though I think the piano is a way nicer choice than what a lot of makers use for background music!
I'm literally obsessed with listening to the needle go through fabric. You're basically the only embroidery channel I've found so far that I can handle because it's not just super loud music with no embroidery sounds lmao
Thank you for this video! Watching you create this art and listening to the peaceful music has brought tears to my eyes as I remember those special moments embroidering with my grandmother as a little girl ❤️
Wow EXO Soundtrack and embroidery is the Perfect combination to relax these days!!! I love it! Moonlight, Peter Pan, Universe, Gravity and Been through !!! Thanks for this vid, literally I showed this to my mom cuz she loves Embroidery. I show her new or unkown embroidery and she is always willing to try them!!
This is gorgeous! I embroidered in my younger days but watching you makes me want to pick up a needle again and make something beautiful. Thank you for sharing this delightful video!
@@norayousif4275 take a piece of paper with the design on it and a pencil . Your gonna shade in the back of the paper with led. (Not the entire paper, but only where the design is) Kinda like when we would color in drawings with the side of the pencil. Put down a nice layer of led. Then when you’re ready put it right side up on the linen that you’ll embroider and trace out the design with a pen. Just like she did in the video. Your image should transfer!
Omg, thank you so much for the beautiful and easy tutorial! The beautiful and calming soundtrack (EXO's "Moonlight", "Peter Pan," "Universe," "Gravity," and "Been Through") made it even more relaxing and enjoyable to watch!! I can't wait to try this one day!!
Emmy V I'm a knitter too and have spent this weekend practicing embroidery stitches. It's so therapeutic. I'm going through a very stressful time in my life and the last few days I have really turned to my creative side to help me. I have been finishing off all my unfinished projects over the years ie knitting, sewing, crochet and embroidery.🙂
Some people do instructions well, some people have to watch someone to do the skill. Whatever you feel comfortable doing is your way. I struggled for years with theses cause I found the instructions to be near impossible and made me feel defeated and stupid. Don't worry you are not stupid, it's just that you learn differently to others and everyones way of learning is different. I find it easier now watching talented people such as this skilled person. Visual learning is said to be the most universal, as it's a social activity and one our ancestors gave us but some people can even struggle with this, just find the way that best suits you. Lovely tutorials, you're not patronizingly fast and you give helpful hints thank you. x
I was taught (ages ago) that the back of the embroidery sampler should not look like the front. I'm not saying it right; but, essentially, I think it was a conservation of thread technique. The way you are doing it looks so much less tedious! Thank you for sharing.
i started practicing embroidering cause when you're learning how to make clothes you might as well learn how to decorate them right, i think i'll come to love this channel, its not in a rush and it still gets straight to the point
I just finished my first piece. I did flowers, wasn’t super happy with the way it came out but with the fabric (which made it difficult)I was embroidering and for it being my first time I was happy with it. Love this video
This is so inspiring!! I always stuck with cross stitch but felt a bit trapped in what i could do, this has really made me wanna expand my skills. So beautiful!!! Thank yiu
I wanted to look for a calming hobby as the pandemic is making me feel bad and my other hobby isn't as fun and stress free now. I love that you have EXO instrumentals here.
I absolutely loved this video, perfectly clear instructions, awesome and beautiful work, I want to buy everything to start my first project now! Thank you for your inspiration!!! Blessings
Marvelous, I have no words. It's the first time I look this kind of video. Thanks for the grace and beauty you share, telling us: "you can do it too". Love It, thank you from the heart
Ahhhhhhh! Coincidences! I was searching random embroidery videos on YT because I wanted to embroider a bag with flowers to remind me of Chennie. Clicked on this video and BAM! EXO background music! 😂 I will watch and learn well!
Your embroidery is amazing. Although I am a beginner I feel as though I could achieve these results with ease. Your tutorials are clear & precise. I love how you dont have to be perfect with stitches. Thank you
Спасибо! Рады, что видео было для Вас полезным. У нас еще есть видео с 8 основными стежками :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rNJplSEF-lQ.html
This is some Sims 1 house building music and it makes me happier than you could ever know with all the painfully wonderful nostalgia that I could ever need.
I am not bored or anything!! I have a lot of other freaking stuff to do..but still I decide to learn embroidery because I just wanna do it on my boring af masks!!😅😅😑(I'll be bored of thi soon!) THIS VIDEO IS VERY HELPFUL!!👍
Wow very useful and instructive but also veeeery relaxing and satisfying for the sounds of the floss passing through the fabric. The result is awesome👏🏼👏🏼
First i was smiling because the embroidery was sooo pretty that i wanna do them. Then i smiled realising it was Moonlight in the background ❤️ A very calming video ✨
Hello! Your work is amazing and so soothing to watch! Question?! If I wanted to embroider these beautiful puffer flowers onto a Jean jacket do you think they'd hold up well? I may have to made a mock up and try but I ne or hurts to ask first! I'm scared to possibly destroying them if I do😭🤣🥰
I think jeans fabric i sturdy and a good fit for embrodery. If you are worried about the inside you can buy a special "embrodery cover fabric" with glue on one side that you iron on the wrong side om the embrodery to protect it.
You can embroider on denim things and you don't even need a hoop! I embroidered a bee pattern with honey comb on one of my jeans and it looks great and holds up well. Btw, I used pen to draw on it and it washed out so I hope this helps!
I'm also new to embroidery so I know the feeling. But just remind yourself that you're learning a new skill and it just takes some time. Just relax and enjoy the craft and process. We will improve with time ^.^
