Hello my 2 friends from the Northeast! Sorry I just got to this. New truck, new company and I finally got Idaho to agree thar I'm a free man. Lol I'm a 70s Black Sabbath teenager. I have looked at the 80s Ozzy as Disco Ozzy. No disrespect. I have always loved Lita Ford though. They wrote this waisted. A long time ago I had suggested a few ideas to Liliac for covers. This was one. The flute was MeloDias mystery instrument to showcase. Loved the surprise and now I need to hear it with this song. Mercury opened for Liliac in Texas with an pre pandemic concert. They have a behind the curtains to that show. I consider this to be a Lita Ford song with Ozzy. I loved the Runaways in the 70s. Though rough and a lot of problems. The producer was a genius putting them together from scratch. In today's world, it would never happen and he would have been in prison. Lol I think maybe we should listen more to the Runaways. Mercury Cross is frontman for a band named Wicken out of Texas. The bands all met when Liliac did a show near Houston and Wiccan opened up for Liliac altho Wiccan has a different name at that time I believe.
One of our channel members had mentioned that he was in that band, they spelled it the normal way of Wiccan, is the band name actually spelled Wicken? I ask because we had a hard time finding their RU-vid channel or videos of theirs.
This song was played to death in Australia when Lita and Ozzie released it and turned me off it completely so when Liliac announced they were doing a tribute cover I was not impressed ,but they're my favourite band so I ,gave them a listen , and was blown away , I actually like it better than the original ,Tthe video was shot in their basement and was produced for no money and a couple of bunches of roses . I had the same problem with overplayed songs such as Nirvana's SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT and Whitestripes SEVEN NATION ARMY , both covered by Liliac and with their style and embellishments, I ended up enjoying the songs again . I love when that happens and a song you are so sick of hearing gets covered by one of your favorite bands. For us up here it's Thunderstruck. This damn town uses it as an anthem almost and it grates on your nerves. I need Electric Callboy or Brothers Of Metal to bring that one back to life for me. Oh, Brothers of Metal is perfect. Sorry, side tangent haha.

Mercury cross has a band they do covers of Ozzy Osbourne and their own music that's why the band selected him because he gives at early young Ozzy Osbourne sound
All I know is he has a rock band named Wiccan and they’re based in Katy/Houston, TX. He has a Facebook page and other social media. This duet is definitely different than the usual Liliac covers. I agree Heather, I like her voice too. I appreciate the reviews you both do, they have a lot of insight, and you’re right, you may think you have it all figured out at sixteen and tens years later you may have done a 360. ❤️🦇

It's a very slow song that I personally feels drags on. The Twenty One Pilots version is a lot of fun, and for me still feels excessively long. For me it's just one of those songs, hahaha. I don't have many.
@CaptainFaceBeard I usually check if a song was reacted to, I just didn't this time. You have reacted to several of my favorite singers or groups. I like Diana, Liliac, The Warning. I have another, but I no longer have a job. So I can't support anyone (even myself). At least I got to see The Warning live. 🤯 Have you ever heard of Sina Drums. One of the first to use foot cam. Over 400 RU-vid videos (started like all of these 14yo). She promotes and collaborates with other RU-vid artists. Her numbers on RU-vid and Patreon are huge. Thanks!
