There's an early video on their channel where Sam, Mel, and Aby sing a Rhianna song and the camera shifts from one to the other. As soon as the camera hits Mel, you can _feel_ that she's different. Her confidence, her steady gaze, her quiet intensity, she had _it_ from a young age.

The only time I'm aware of that Ethan got to shred a bit on guitar before he took over the bass duties. Not bad for a kid that age.

He NAILED it. That is one of the most well known solo's ever, and he did a fantastic job. Not just not bad, massively impressive.

The thing that impresses me most with this song by Liliac is that Melody the lead vocalist, is playing Bass ( Steve Harris ) and singing lead vocals. I mean Iron Maiden Bass licks are definitely not the easiest licks to play and be able to sing at that level. I know they are young and do not have a lot of original stuff meaning, they do not have 4-5 albums of original material. I am seeing them on Thursday Night October 26th, 2023. I missed them the first 2 times they was in Cincinnati area. I generally do not go out of my way to see smaller bands, in smaller venues. However there are a few that I will try to catch every time they come through. A few tribute bands, Brett Michaels solo shows, Firehouse, Overkill, and a few others. Thanks for the content. Melody was 16 with that rasp and playing Steve Harris's bass notes. Ethan (Rhythm guitar, 1st half of solo) was 12.

Wow, that solo at 12 years old, I started playing at 11 and by 12 I would not have been capable of that, but also there are tons of resources to progress very quickly now, also, badass older brother guitarist doesn't hurt either.

Hello my two friends! Just caught this getting my apu fixed in Idaho! Again! Lol This is a FANG favorite because of Ethan at 12. They did this live on the World's Best show on a Crazy Train set. They first picked Crazy Train and the show figured it would get the ok. Osbournes said no so I have a lot of respect for Iron Maiden stepped up and okd the Trooper. Loved your reaction my friends. Crazy Train is an Ozzy song that I love, and don't love. It's got such a badass riff, but the verses are so far removed from that riff, it always threw me off. I am never going to skip it if it comes on, it is just a weird juxtaposition that throws me off. Glad you enjoyed the video Kenneth. RORH!!

@Captain FaceBeard The 80s Ozzy I affectionately refer to as Ozzys Disco Era. Tho there are a lot of songs I liked besides the masterful guitar of Randy Roads. My Era of Ozzy I love is 1970s Sabbath. A bit heavier I think. That's just me in my teenage years. Lol 🍻🌹❤️🤘🦇

@@kennethdixson9561 I have always loved Ozzy even if it's not my go to when listening to music. I was into a lot of Punk Music when I was younger. NoFx, Bad Religion, Black Flag (Rollins is one of my favorite people on earth), Propagandhi, ect. Also a lot of Iron Maiden, I don't think I bought many of the Maiden LP's but I had all of them. I think it might have been from a family member who didn't want them anymore, which is insane, hahaha.

Have to check that one out soon. This week we are going to check out Seven Nation Army, and the original you suggested. Just not sure if we are streaming on Thursday or Saturday. Heather was off yesterday because of the holiday, so she works on Friday when we usually stream. There is 0 doubt in my mind that she will one of those names mentioned when people are talking about incredible singers. Potential is limitless for the rest of the band as well :)

I do believe there's an interview with the parents and kids and it tell how their parents are musicians or producers. Their parents I guess kinda planned this.

Them being a band is a little more probable than The Warning. Liliac's father is a songwriter,singer, and producer, and mother played piano. The Warning father was a civil engineer and their mother a dentist. Only loved rock and watched Old rock concerts on video. The first concert the Villarreal sisters saw in person was Kiss.

We have actually watched one of The Warning's newer songs as a request on a stream a few weeks ago, still needs to be edited, but they are INCREDIBLE!! I think I had a bit of "Panic Breathing" or something like that for a few seconds cuz I got so excited about it, or something like that. Hoping to have that one up in the next couple of weeks :)

OH, you are correct, I would get a kick out of that. I love the video Tenacious D did where at the first they were singing Heaven and Hell and Dio threw a few bucks in the guitar case and was like "Here's a tip if you will play some Tenacious D!".
