watching this on Mar31/24. The Astral Projection ASMR knocked me out of my body in 5 minutes. I was like WOW. Usually takes me a good 30 minutes to project.

I can't quite remember what subreddit it was, but this is the very first ASMR video I ever saw while randomly scrolling the site 9 years ago and I can still vividly picture and almost feel the atmosphere of the room I was in when watching this video. This introduction to ASMR will forever be a pivotal moment in life and in actually being able to sleep somewhat normally for the last decade. Thank you

A nap after you wake up seems counterintuitive but if youve had a bad night sleep for whatever reason this video can be the difference between a shit day and a good day. I am gonna have a good day now.

I have been using this video to help me fall asleep or help me relax before bed. Sometimes I get all the way through it and gently float off to sleep after it has finished, but several times I don't think I get half way through it. Your whispering and reassurance is perfect. Thank you!

the second she counted down to one i saw the most intense turquoise colour. i felt like i was floating deep underwater facing upwards, watching the sun shine down from high above through huge waves crashing and sending rolling white bubbles down to surround me. utter bliss. thank you so much

I have had a craptastical week, and the next will be just as bad. People I care for have been getting the same kind of treatment. So I have been high strung for days, but then I listened to this video. I was thinking listen to lilium's voice and you will calm down. But instead I had ASMR triggers and I could not but close my eyes and just listen. I now feel very very mellow and oddly refreshed. Thank you and many huggs for all the good you do for all of us.
