Hey Cody, I just wanted to thank you for making me smile every time you post! Also you are so inspiring and can’t express how much you help me strive to do better as a swimmer everyday. Also Tinikling is a traditional Philippine folk dance which originated during the Spanish colonial era. The dance involves two people beating, tapping, and sliding bamboo poles on the ground and against each other in coordination with one or more dancers who step over and in between the poles in a dance. LILY KING YOU ARE A BEAST....and highly funny!

Excellent video, sorry to hear about accident but really glade to hear your ok,,, I'm always a water person and forever will be, lol maybe a little to much, I swim about 2k a day 5 days a week, and right now cause wife is working 3 weeks straight I'm now finishing 3 weeks of swimming, just can't get enough, I'm constantly sore but not by next day witch is great lol peace out and want to say you have an awesome vibe around you, never change‼️

Hay quick question for some advice. Last year was my very first year of swimming, and i loved my coach but his wifes dad got sick and is getting worse so he moved to Seattle and quit. Im a bit scared to go into my second year not knowing whats going to happen. I have no idea who my new coach will be or what their morals will be. My old coach only cared about if we had fun and if we were happy about our times, he wanted to see us have fun and beat our times, he never cared about where we placed. Im just a bit scared about the new coaches motives and was wondering if you had any tips on that?

Hey Cody I live in Maryland I'm relatively new to swimming like a year and a half or so and I have improved a lot due to my club coach this year I did club and high school swimming this winter and the high school workouts were just that there was no technique nothing and I think I could have improved far faster if I had just done club but then I would be missing out on the whole team aspect if high school because my club team we will only do one session of a meet to get times because we're not concerned about how the team as a whole would do it's all individual I'm a bit torn up what I should choose next year well actually later this year but any thoughts suggestions would be helpful thank you Btw What does Allie/Ally do for work?
