Lilo & Stitch Tsum Tsum cookies ~ Including Scrump (Lilo's Rag Doll) 

Its been a while since I shared character cookie tutorial.
So I've decided it's time for another set of cute Tsum Tsum cookies - Lilo & Stitch. I'm also including Lilo's homemade rag doll aka Scrump 😁👍💖

Oh btw, I cannot find the cookie cutters for these characters so I have hand-cut them. If you want to try creating them and happy to handcut the shapes, the outline of these cookies will be available along with the templates that I use in the tutorial.
