I'm of the opinion that 'figuring things out is half the fun!' so I would probably frustrate whoever I was 'teaching' instead by constantly giving vague advice.
If you want actual help, find an actual deck that is good. As for accidentally disenchanting a useful card, you’re on your own. *Even I make that mistake and I’ve made it to rank 14*
ive made it to rank 1 but dropped to 4 again and lost the spirit to hit legend, and the first legendary i disenchanted was tirion cuz i didnt have other paladin cards T_T
I'm arena player 8-11 wins each time . Still can't hit those 12 wins ... As for Ranked I reached rank 2 but with my own control deck as I don't have enough cards.
We can only imagine the levels of frustration toast felt on that day. People thought it impossible to reach such a triggered level but toast set out with a little help from lilypichu to prove the world wrong.
Yeah, so everyone else is punished because Blizzard can't figure out how to simplify more deck slots, even though I keep telling them to do it based on which class you pick first. That way you can pick which class you want to play and they could have at least 10 decks per class, or more if they give the option to expand.
I like how people find a way to diss Destiny even when he has nothing to do with the video, lol. I think they are both cool. Destiny is just edgier and more energetic. I personally prefer Destiny's style and delivery more, but to each their own. They are both witty and intelligent.
She could have used doomguard to attack the hero(5 damage), used fireball to attack the hero(6 damage), and then attack directly with her minions on the board(9 damage). 5+6+9=20 damage. gg ez. (All though, you would probably want to use fireball first so doomguard's ability doesn't discard it)
this reminds me of when I was teaching my girlfriend to play hearthstone. I had to explain why fireblasting wolf rider was better than fireballing it....
rare memer He's usually an average HS streamer, but makes surprisingly fast calculations at times (including probabilities). But don't worry, he's been through plenty of screw-ups too.
she is probably new to card games. I remember starting off playing tcg without reading cards as well. All i stared at was attack and defense etc. TCG actually require alot of brain cells to formulate strategies and as a lazy kid I really hate reading and counting.
Lily i love you...but this was painful to watch...but hey no one is good when they just start and you are rank 15 now. Glad to see you having so much fun atleast ^^
Just chiming in, imo players that are slow are like such because they probably don't play card games like this that actively make you consider combinations and do math, so they're not used to it. That doesn't mean they don't play other games, and this doesn't only apply to MOBA players, considering almost every other game is also like this, i.e. shooters, platformers, bullet hells, rhythm, RTS, fighters, basically any action game that isn't turn based, because in any real time game you just approximate everything to health bars, arcs and rough distances. Aside from that, I honestly doubt there are many people who exclusively play LoL. No matter how addicted to the game you get, you have to get bored/tilted out of it eventually and want to do something else. Especially with today's gaming market, do you honestly believe that any significant portion of people that play MOBAs don't play anything else like CoD/FE/DarkSouls/Skyrim/PUBG/Rocket League just to name a few? And just a little extra, I'm pretty sure Lily plays Osu pretty well so there's exhibit A for you.
i want to apologize toast... we league players dont know the difference between greetings and been an asshole... we kinda mix both together the majority of the time, we also attack before thinking things through. always constantly saying were screwd, forgetting of our trump card and acting cocky when were winning....or so we think
4:00 The amount of deck slots is too confusing for new players, It should be reduced to just one page. You are lucky Toast wasn't teaching you how to play Gwent, there is no limit to how many decks you have, It's super confusing.
She missed Lethal. If she instead of Pyroblast (deals 10), played Fireball (Deal 6) and played a Doomguard (Charge - can attack immediately and do 5 damage to face) in the left side of her hand, she could have killed him that turn. It's a crime to do so, and missing lethal is often seen as BM to the opponent.
iasonas legatos i wouldn’t say exact lethal was more than enough but yeh she had lethal. Fireball + doomguard= 11 dmg Pyroblast= 10 dmg She chose pyroblast, leaving him at 1 health
Omfg, this is seriously the best day of my life. Lily and Disguisedtoast making videos togheter? I can't have enough of this I swear! And don't feel bad Lily, really. I also made pretty much all of those mistakes at the beginning. It's just like forgetting your Zhonyas in a game of league. You learn from those mistakes though :P Especially something like that Frostbolt to the face.. That one must've hurt :v
