She had naturally beautiful cheekbones that were on the higher side (probably mostly from her mom, but Johnny has nice cheekbones too), but nothing like what she has today. If you google pics of her as a child, she doesn't have those cheeks. Those aren't naturally occurring. Your cheekbones don't just magically get bigger as you age. They can become a little more prominent in your late twenties, thirties, and forties when your buccal fat (under the cheekbones) starts to dissipate, but she's too young for that, and it still wouldn't happen to that degree, as the size of your actual cheekbones doesn't change. It's no shade to her, but it is good to be aware of these things as average people. I've had a cosmetic procedure preformed on my body (I had a slight deformity), so I'm not against or above cosmetic changes at all. It can do wonderful things for a persons's confidence. It just kind of makes me sad when naturally beautiful women don't feel beautiful enough and feel the need to intervene to such an extreme degree. It says a lot more about our society than it does about her. She's a product of the culture, like a lot of women, myself included.

These are her natural cheeks. She had anorexia growing up and she was very thin and skinny. Her face was very gaunt when she was a teen but she still had her cheeks. Now that she’s healthy and has gained weight in her face and now her cheeks are much more prominent.

@@mandamichelle5452 Her weight gain would have mostly affected her buccal fat under the cheekbones. Weight gain doesn't increase the size of cheekbones to that degree. If anything, it would have made them less prominent, not more so.
