I had to put my girl to sleep less than a month ago after 14 years of unconditional love, one of the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I’m still trying to cope with the pain of her loss and the emptiness her absence has left behind. They truly are an amazing breed❤️
She looks almost exactly like my male AmStaff, the only difference is that my boy is a little bigger and has one white paw in addition to the chest markings. I adopted my boy from the local shelter when he was already at least two years old. 2.5 years later and I can’t imagine life without him - he’s the sweetest, calmest dog in the neighborhood and makes every day a joy.
@Inthegarden 123 so sorry to hear about your experience, I hope your pooch is ok. In the wrong hands Staffys can be lethal because they're such a physically powerful breed, but honestly in a loving home they make the most wonderful companions. Dogs are just like humans, treat them bad n they'll act bad, treat them good n they'll be good 🙂
@@gaspipe2232 my staffy is a rescue and she spent many of her years with a man that never left the house during the day so she got walked during the night ,therefore not socialising with other dogs and people. We have had her for two years now but she's still got work to do, she doesn't like dogs, as I am the youngest in my fam she always runs to protect me but when she sees people she's all over them with kisses . I agree, it depends on the owner and the upbringing of the dog . 😔
@@kpop_multistan4228 that's brilliant you got a rescue dog, good on you 🙂 I'll be honest, if she's not accepting of other dogs after two years, she's never going to be. I find the bitches are always a bit more difficult than the males. You'll just have to keep her on a leash around other dogs to be on the safe side unfortunately.
@@gaspipe2232 oh yeah we *never* let her of the lead just in case she runs away , one day she slipped her harness and I ran so far so quickly with such fast adrenalin that when I got her and got a hold of her i say on the floor for 15 mins bc I couldn't stand up 😂
Thank you SO much for your staffy video's! I have just lost my staffy girl, a little more then a week ago, who have been by my side everyday for the last 13 years.. i am totally devastated.. She looked just like your Lily
So sorry for your loss, just posted similar, really want to rescue another staffie but have a ten year old staffie rescue who was maisies side kick and just not sure how it would work as so many of the rescue staffies in uk have been mismanaged and reactive to other dogs, would love to find a golden oldie but may have to look at a pup, but not many in rescues, they usually get thrown aside 18 months onward..... wish you well there is a dog waiting for you,
I love this dog so much !!! i think it is her beautiful eyes, its like looking into my maisies who passed too soon last November 3rd, my Battersea girl and angel on earth, miss her so much, watching Lily warms my heart, thank you
I have a Lilly and a Bella now. I was a long term pug loving owner, did foster care and rescue for pugs. Now I have a 5 yr old miniature Boxer named Lilly, and recently adopted Bella on June 3rd, a Staffordshire Bulldog who was found as a stray. Both are great dogs and I am new to this breed, but find them to be great family dogs that love kids and love to play and are surprisingly similar to pugs in temperament.
I’m happy to see you have allowed your heart to love another one again. As a fellow Staffy owner I can’t begin to fathom how I would feel if I lost my girl. Wishing you all the very with your new pal, they truely are the best breed in the world.
YEAH!! A new video. Lily is growing so fast and how beautiful she is. Her bird is such an Elegant touch. I have been watching Lily & Abby this past year. I don’t have my Staffy girl yet she will be here in a couple of months. Lily and Abby have been there every day for me to watch on Utube.
I have a 12 yr old Australian Staffordshire Bull Terrier she is the queen of pulling on her lead she beats our 3 greyhounds at that, she also digs under the fence to go for a run but u know what I still love her she is great with the kids, she is very friendly and very active even if she has a gray face now.
I love Staffies so much! And I believe a word I invented fits them to a tee, "Adorabiggle"! They are adorable and make us giggle! Many decades ago I was knocked down, from kneeling for the greeting, and almost licked do death by a Staffie named Cannon! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Lily is, a lucky girl she has only ever known LOVE❤️..... MANY DOGS ONLY KNOW PAIN.... PLEASE GIVE TO RESCUE CHARITIES. AT THIS TIME OF CORONAVIRUS... THEY DESPAREATLY NEED OUR DONATIONS❤️🙏❤️ .
1:14-1:19 is the exact same look my black staffy pup give me from time to time whenever he is sitting there and im telling him "let's go" ❤. He resembles Lily in everyway. I cannot see myself with any other dogs than a black staffy. Cherish every moment.
I have a pitbull/english bulldog mix and she looks exactly like her! The dog in my icon was another pitbull I had, which looks the same as my current baby!
