Recovery time is depends on the lengthening rate of the patient. As an example if you do Lon method, and if your bones union fast enough you can do a few sports or can go to gym earlier time as in 5-6 months after one surgery.

In AFA, each patient get two hours of PT session five days a week. 😊

Femur recovers faster than Tibia since Tibia has more complex structure so in your case it is recommended to choose Femur depends on your will.

This is a side effect (a bad part) of the monorail fixators when they are used in tibias. So we do not really recommend using them on tibia cases, but of course still there are some patients who choose them over ring frames by evaluating the disadvantages of monorails, it is up to the patient's choice.

I think you're wrong. If you take this to be 6f guy, you lost proportion as your body.

You can do maximum 6 on tibia, 8 on femur and this 14 cm so that will be equal to 5.51 inches.
