Limber de Coco: Ingredients
1 Can of cream of coconut
1 Can of Coconut milk
1 Can of evaporated milk ( whole)
1 Cup of coconut water
1 Cup coconut flakes
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Small plastic cups
Gallon pitcher.
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, and pour into plastic cups.
Freeze for about 6 hours or over night.
