PM really goofed up when designing this ID.
NClair shenanigans aside, this EGO is pretty solid. The passive goes hand in hand with Nclair, and the Corrosion is great for nuke setups with his S2. Not a huge fan of the resonance conditions for more Attack Weight but it's much better overall compared to Faust's 9:2.

is it easier with Lantern? I did MD2H with lanter and Nclair and it was easy, what abouti MD3H?

It's so-so in my experience. NClair should have an easier time fueling 9:2 compared to Lantern. While the healing from Lantern makes it a walk in the park, some mobs can brick your run; in particular the TLA Robots. They're somewhat much more dangerous now compared to MD2H. They can delete you first turn before you get the chance to corrode. And even starting the fight corroded won't help much since they're Slash resistant anyways. The Blunt AoE came in clutch for some nodes for me.
