I got my thiccness empties in my first run and i got my ass handed to me

Personally i think kromer is less harder than other bosses

@@cgaminganims7046I just (like 2 minutes before commenting) beat my form empties. 3rd attempt. 4 dead. G. Gregor, N. Heath., Rose. Rodion. All of them with like 15% health or less. I am so glad Meursalt’s pursuance corrosion all hit my form emptie before dying. Not even Kromer hit me that hard with any of her attacks. I fear the day they add something like Dongrang’s boss into mirror dungeon hard.

MY TEAM IS UNDERLEVELLED :D

I walked into her fight with all of my team at 50% health or so. 9 turns later, Kurokumo Hong Lu & N Corp Faust deaths, and victory never felt so sweet. Eat shit, Kromer!

I beat Brazen Bull yesterday after many resets Bring your Mersault and have him tank the hits that you couldn't clash (or in the case you cannot clash anything, tank the highest damage skill) Clash with Chains of Others to reduce its damage now and then

none of the R Corp IDs are captains though? Ishmael, Heathcliff, and Meursault are just basic rank-and-file grunts

I guess what the devs invision is that slow ids usually gets targeted more. But that didn't work well so they made R mershault to counter it by making him a speed/bleed id with charge mechanic. But that didn't work well too since he has the same problem like other new tanks which required time to build up his skit. The Section 6 Outis is pretty much what you're looking for. Has the stat of a tank with high speed and stagger line, also a defence skill that boost speed and defense. The downside is lackluster dmg and no real defence skits or egos to make her supstain for long (Sunshower only gives 2 protection *after* staggered.

@@huyle-ob8rg R Meursault is kinda okay, he has blunt resist which is pretty much in demand for most fights, but yeah tanks are in a bad spot right now, and the fact that defense skills kinda suck.

@@erhixon773 Really wish he has charge ego by now. Like, he has 2 out of 3 charge ids and has 0 charge ego while faust has a charge ego (that no one is gonna use when Fluid Sac exists) to a mid 00 id (that nobody is gonna use when there's clearly better options and N faust exists)

Hopefully with the new aggro system they’re introducing it’ll make it easier for tanks to redirect hits

Defeating Aida on turn one with unopposed attacks will help you big time. She's easily staggered so it's usually doable.

Yeaah it’s a bit rough esp since the base IDs also use sanity now but it’s also a bit strategic in the fact that you have to weigh your options, maybe think about sacs or resistances that may be beneficial, or something Maybe we’ll see it nerfed eventually but PJM has gotten some backlash for nerfing stuff I think

He's not that bad,it just in MD hard mode he struggle with clashing but that's because it's MD hard in general forces to just clash with ego

It MD hard dude , enemies get buff to hell and back with floor 5 giving them +5 final power even monster clasher like TT Hong Lu and Nclair already start having issue since floor 4. Infact Rsalt is actually pretty good here doing tanking role cause he get tons of speed now cough guard against the Bull cough

I would say his base ego is the key to many bosses. Rhino funny but I think I will go with Liusault with LiuIsh, blunt node in MD2H is just brutal.

well... there is the difficulty of resource generation, since most ID's start needing ego usage once per fight around floor 2... For me, i found it interesting weighing my options on WHICH ego i needed to use at the time, or if i was willing to risk taking damage from an attack (some of which were capable of killing sinners from full health) The strategy just changes HEAVILY here, because instead of a focus on just your sinners, it's a focus on E.G.O. and the colors that your sinners can generate, as well as being able to support E.G.O. for multiple (if not all of your) sinners, for two reasons; human/skirmish battles, and sanity usage. You're not meant to feel bad about EGO spamming in the last fight of the dungeon; that's something you are meant to build resources for to do just that. Though you can also go with the strat of trying to one-sided the boss with skills, which actually works sometimes too. You just have to think about it differently.

@@Deadestest im not sure how you can saythis on a kromer boss fight video, half my teams ego couldnt even roll high enough to out clash her let alone the steady sanity decrease. hard md forces you to save resources for healing and picking/using a variety of sinners for their unique generation and resistances. this makes regen characters actually useful now like Khonglu and Ggregor and most damage status useable, bind and haste is insanely useful too so you can choose sinners with 0.5 * 0.5/0.75 resistances to tank rolls. all this on top of this being the first time i strategically use ego for adjusting damage resistances.

@@markpilerrealofficial > Strategy Lmao, you pick your guys with big rolls, use normals for a few floor to generate EGO resources then spam EGO on floor 4-5 because clashes are otherwise unwinnable. If you're still not sure just slap G Greg on support and N Faust with fluid sac for disgusting HP/ST regen but you most likely did that already in normal mode so nothing really changed.

you could do one sided attacks and just tank the hits, no one said you were required to win every clash

@@feintfaint7213 When the enemy is buffed that much even ineffective hits hurt a lot.

@@snakefan5074 that will happen. hell, the bull was able to kill one of my guys full with one skill. But you have to consider resistances, more importantly color resistances when in the fight. That, and you need to think about staggering enemies before they swing, OR redirecting to someone who can actually tank it well. I know sure as hell rodion has no ID's that play as a tank...
