I decided to take a course on how to focus during the beginning of this pandemic. Whenever I feel anxiety I quickly stop what I am doing and get on my knees and quickly let GOD know what I am grateful for. To help you focus begin with your fingers or buttons on your jacket, beads on your bracelet. Touch each one until you get used to doing it . Also volunteer work is one of the greatest feeling in the world. My niece has difficulty so I help her with the first three. There is one they did about the blink of any eye. So even those beautiful tears from you eyes are a blessing. I also listen to the prayer for the newborn baby on the left and right ear.
i really needed this..i follows news a lot and read about news on Islam and Islamic countries. Like what happens in Arab countries Asian Muslims ,caucuses Muslims ,Turkey and what is happening in minority Muslims in Europe and India. This led to my depression and anxiety that even affected my relationship with my creator since i follow every update and nothing i can do to change the reality of my Muslim brothers across the world...May Allah change the situation of our Ummah

I also think it is important to mention that when you consume you try to consume ethically, I want to spread awareness to consume for example buying cruelty free, I feel like it is haram to kill so many animals for a face cream when it is absolutely not necessary
