Despite the lack of machines and weights, I'll show you how to effectively target your chest, shoulders, and triceps using only a barbell, cable stack, and some dumbbells. This workout is perfect for those who have limited access to gym equipment.
Exercise breakdown:
Incline clavicular chest fly
Cable chest press
Flat dumbbell chest press
Standing cable lateral raise superset with laying cable lateral raises
Chest supported dumbbell lateral raises
Tricep pushdown
Overhead tricep extension
