its his brokerage account, aka the account the company lends him to trade with - using their money. He takes a 15-20% comission of the profits generally.
@@NoBSTradingAnalysis He spent 8.5 million dollars on a "safe house apartment" instead of paying 100K to the Russian. Makes no sense. The other thing that makes no sense is why take out the loan in the first place. He made 2000$ on his first day. The next day 7500$. After that he complained it was too slow and just took out the money. He could have literally worked for just another 10-15 days and earned those 100K. No need for a loan.
@@artemthetrain14if they had said "hedge fund" it would have made more sense. but, i'm not going to fault a movie about a magic pill that makes you 100x smarter than the average human for a slip like that.
i found an adderall under my couch as a 16 year old and kept it for 3 years waiting until the perfect moment. I had a college calculus 2 final exam that I'd skipped 80% of classes for, but would get a C if I could somehow get a 95%. I took half the pill in an applesauce the saturday before the test and studied 10 hours straight and literally learned everything from the whole semester while having an absolute blast. Then I took the other half during the test and got a 97%. That shit does give you superpowers, havent had it since because that power is not to be trifled with without a clear purpose
Idk what stock hes trading at 0:22 but that thing is so illiquid that its uptrending on red candles 😂 even if he was using an indicator that shows trend it still should be green since his right chart is showing trading above the 200 ma 😂
Any real trader will tell you the tradebook is practically worthless....i mean it looks cool the animation really gives you the feel but no one uses the tradebook widget for anything....its just there for aesthetics
Thanks for the informative video! I'd appreciate the knowledge inspired. I will say Investment in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is the best and wisest thing to do nowadays, it's seen to elevate many industries and has made a lot of investors multi-millionaires despite the high price. I will stick to the system till I make huge profits for my dream Tesla Cybertruck✌️😘
Exactly. S&P 500 E-mini futures offer around 10.6x leverage at the moment considering a contract only requires $500 of margin on most futures trading platforms.
This is me Mon-Fri at 930am EST right after taking 2 pills of adderall. I become a trading savant from 930-4pm. And then I go brain-dead until the next day.

The book was so much more serious. He realized at some point later on that someone was trading against him and went to go find his as this person could be a threat. Turns out the guy trading against him was hyponotizing and mind controlling important people to use in the future and our POV character walked right into a trap. He'd been smarter a lot longer than our main character. :'(
It is a movie and it needs tension to move the plot forwards. Without the russian, it would just be a Mary Sue character. If NZT really make him that smart , he would not have taken such a huge risk with a shady individual.
@@onee Yes and no. If you have trades that timed too well they will start investigating you. They will start gathering evidence, but it will come to a point where they have enough statistical evidence that they'll just ask you how did you know these trades would work.
@@dkchen not an issue for him, he has too many trades going for them all to be insider trading, also alibis of where he was when, and can also explain all his trading decisions.
@@joehenry087 Having a lot of trades at one time doesn't necessarily mean you can hide your insider trading. If that was the case then, I'm pretty sure that they would have thought of that in general. Everybody that does insider trading probably has an alibi of never meeting someone that gives them information. But if you don't have proper research you're kind of screwed still because in front of a jury that just won't work.
Unless he couldn't. Stocks aren't some magical free money machine "if you just know the secrets" if the opportunities weren't there. Then they weren't there.
Q: Did anyone ask What's the RUSH? Sure you gotta payback the crazy Russian but he did that long ago and he just kept going fast. That's when he did the Mother of all Fuck-Ups and let the Russian in on his secret!
@@michaelodetola HFT = High Frequency Trading. Which is a computer that trades very fast for thousands of times during a day and earns a couple of cents every trade. At the end of the day that's often a lot of money.
