His most dark and heavy riffs are on "The Unquestionable Truth part 1" album. For me that album is on a another level, but sadly people just wanted songs similar to the old stuff and were always comparing the album with RATM. Let me tell you, it might have been similar in the lyrics and message content, but regarding the music, the heavy riffs on that album are unique, and never heard something similar since that album or before it.

I think this video is a really good example of "the tone is in the fingers". Obviously the Kemper profiler sounds great and you've put a lot of effort into chasing the tones but there's still a lot to be said for just playing it right which is really hard to capture. Fair play to you
