Today I will be reviewing @lincolnelectrictv New Frontier 400x Pipe Check Out Vevor Inspection Endoscope: amzn.to/3XeklUG #lincolnelectric #welder #welding
went with the 400pro over this, glad i did.. it stacks! im a big lincoln fan but my 400 pro has impressed me especially downhill and 7018 roll outs. i dont need a big touch screen with smart settings, might be more user friendly for beginners but if your coughing up 18k for this machine you should already know how to run beads and make money
Bruh, love seein' the new welder! I'm still rockin' the SA-200 and prolly neva rate to deserve a Maxed-out machine like this. Still, I like seeing what's out there! You're my favorite welding channel would be cool to see more content, but stay gold. Do your family right. I want to see you recover well enough to get a choice rig to put this on when the time is right. Peace!
@@mikecubes1642i had a miller trailblaze 302 ,, and adter 15 years of work wuth me i replaced it for the new 325 ,but buuuut... i use the 325 just when i go out,, cause like u see there s too much electrical and computer stuff on this machines,, i wish they could make a machine full of knobs insted of screems and computer things😂😂😂
@@Rhino5.0 so far ,, really good man,, one thing i really liked about this machine is u can adjust the dig on the welding,, that is a plus man,, the damn weldings comes up really nice ,, most of my job is with rod ,, but i tryed the suit case,, mig ,tig and no complains at all ,, actually is kinda bit more quit than my other one .. the remote,, i love working with that thing,, u dont have climb down or up to increase o decrease power
Looks pretty high tech. But my question is, does Lincoln really expect for this machine to withstand the elements. It being outside all the time in Texas and New Mexico. I would think that screen would fry lol. But I did like the auto off/start thing
I thought the same too. It's nice to have something so fancy but reliability and costs to fix any problems would be my concern. I might still prefer the miller pipe pro 400.
ive ran a 330mpx over a -40 northern canada winter and the screen does seem to hold up, i did pick the 400pro over this though because i just prefer knobs
Should be sweet to try and use in an ice storm!!! First thing I would do is make some sort of accessible cover for the face of that thing to keep the mud, ice, etc.... off the screen and controls. Tech is nice when it works out. But damn am I scared of failure on a job site!!!
How are you liking the arc for putting in a bead-hot -fill-an cap .I currently using a sa -200 black face an lookin to purchase a new new Lincoln Diesel engine drive,I would appreciate a reply thanks an congratulations on your new diesel machine 👍
Miller killer? 😆 'll a big Miller fan. First portable I've seen with a screen but I assed it was coming. Lincoln does some great stuff too. Hope it does good for you and good luck.
Running vantage 400 bought new in 2014. Looking at this machine now. 400 pipe pro not a fan of, to complicated for oilfield, does weld good though. Any guys out there thinking 18k is expensive when your making 250k a year easily justified.
No doubt!! Most of us know that these large companies are trying to max out profits .... so they program these boards to fail. I understand things are changing and most changes aren't for the better. I still prefer transformer tech.
Thing is sick af definitely something to have if you pipelining but for me that’s a big pass 20k I’m buying a trailer blazer and a down payment on a truck and making a rig
These digital displays are not new and not made by Lincoln or Miller. These displays have been used for years on things like rock crushers and screeners. Logging equipment and refuse trucks. There are proven in way harsher conditions that anyone would ever have a welder in.
