I had a welding business for about 7 years. I agree with all the job opportunities listed. Probably 70% of my work was architectural: railings, AC cages, gates, and security doors. The only thing I would add to the video is that I repaired a lot of trailers and lawn equipment. I am getting close to retirement and I am going to start welding again part time.

Looks good but the beads too wide, I also recommend buying a welding respiratory with flips on them they are north or 3m made and they strap straight to the face so sunlight can't hit the back either and they're way more compact than a pancake you could just swap em out when your out of a bind

Last plant I was in, the flanged most of the rack work. Tried to minimize the butt welds, plus made replacing and modifying sections easier and for the most part faster

я непонимаю почему нормативы геометрии шва везде разные! в россии такой шов забракуют! я делал соединение 6013 сверху в низ! требовалось снаровка но при моих двух днях навка такого шва шов выглядел намного эстетичнее! Важное при сварке сверху в низ обратный валик при вашем исполнении не возможен!
