My mom bought a 2013 in 2015 for 36k here in cali with only 35k miles! Still have it with only 68k miles and definitely plan on keeping it for another 10 years easily
The power is so crazy unbelievable I just got mine Saturday and gapped a bmw trying his hardest definitely a sleeper car and when you need to get out of a sticky situation she’s always got your back
Greatest car Lincoln ever made! I upgraded from a rusted up 05 Jeep Liberty Shitbox to this! Mine's a 2011 but it has all the exact same things that yours has, Does the TVs in the back of yours have independent DVD players attached to them?? The guy that owned mine had a lot of things custom ordered on this car and i honestly cant tell where the custom ordered stuff starts and the factory norm stuff begins Not to mention how fucking fast this damn car is! I jokingly told my mom before i bought this, that i was either gonna have a Pimp Wagon or a Sports Car as my next car and somehow wound up with a car that's literally both lol
Excellent video about this particular model. Could you post updates? I want to buy me one, but I have read a lot of bad reviews about this model... Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I have a 2011 MKT with the 3.7 AWD. IT has almost everything but the collusion self parking adaptive cruise. It has the Refrigerator and the duel dvd headrests. I like the auto high beam feature works great. Unlike you I don’t trust turbos and the maintenance that go with it. Also have 2013 Flex Limited fwd that has the adopted cruise which is great when traveling. The Flex and the MKT is the same chassis and both were under marketed. Also the MKT was one fifth of the total of the Flex production.
I am not a fan of the turbos it is all cramed in there but it is the car she wanted. Next we are getting a lincoln aviator. I would have rather a 3.7 for sure. And the headrest monitors are rare nice find
Hahaha!! I’m asking bc I’m in the process of getting a 2019 from Carmax. I was wondering if it’s high like riding in an Explorer or if it’s “lower” like a minivan.
@@tashasaunders6453 Just bought a '15 because my '13 Edge was totaled by some kid in a Jeep who hit me at road speed while I was sitting at a stop sign. It's lower than the Edge but a little higher than the '03 Mercury Grand Marquis we inherited from my Dad. Paid right at 16k with 100k miles on it and then discovered that one side of the tail light bar is dead and it's over $500 just for the part.
Coming from a 2013 Ford Explorer Sport to a 2016 MKT Ecoboost: "Lincolns are one of the most expensive vehicles to insure. Your insurance will be an extra $800 per year." JESUS!
