I realize the message of this song is "be yourself; you don't have to follow the crowd" but I do want to say that the synchronized choreography is AMAZING and *so sharp!*. Very crisp, clean lines from each dancer.

Lindsey, I don't know if you are actually going to see this comment or not, But I want you to know that you are the reason I started playing the Violin in 5th grade. I'm just about to graduate high school in just a few weeks, and I've been playing the Violin for 8 years now, and if it wasn't for you, I most likely wouldn't be playing the violin now. You are my inspiration, and my reason for playing. I'm hoping to see you on tour this summer, but I don't know if I will be able to, because of reasons I don't wish to explain. Very Well Said. Just keep playing...Lindsey did. Lindsey is really Excellent. Sometimes, when people doubt that she plays AND dances at the same time; I post this... Lindsey always plays live. She has said that she tried "faking" it once and it just looked ridiculous. Because it is way too hard to sync the violin playing to the music. And it looks way too obvious. Lindsey has been playing the violin for *31* years and she added dancing *20.5* years ago. They say to be an expert at something, you need 10,000 hours. Lindsey has 30,000 hours. Every concert and show has been SOLD-OUT. *Would you buy a ticket ($100-$200) to a "fake or bad" show?* Lindsey has 14 million subs, 5 billion views, 132 music videos, hundreds of misc. videos, 6 full albums, 25+ violins, and has toured the world many times. She doesn't need to fake it. Lindsey Is A Professional. In fact, I like saying, "Almost anyone can stand around and play Bach. But how many can play AND dance to Michael Jackson?" The last few months I’ve chosen to prioritize myself, and that has lead me to becoming a full time artist. I’ve been in denial that I’m really doing it, afraid to fully accept this new version of me. Last night I came to grips with the “creative call” and am finally embracing myself as the creative I am! This song was the perfect way to celebrate that. I've had this exact same experience lately! It took a long time for me to figure out who I am, and just recently I've realized I'm an artist. I love to create, and I wanna share so much with the world too. I have no idea where to start though because I have so many projects built up over time and haven't had the confidence to finish. But thanks to Lindsey I've been inspired again and figuring it out as I go. (Also thanks to inspiration from the art of the spider-verse movies. Lol)

I feel this, also! As a violinist of 43 years, as an author of poetry, children's books, short stories, and novels, acrylic and watercolor artist, and photographer! I have many gifts. It's time to follow my "Inner Gold"! My dream of meeting Lindsey will finally be coming true in July as I see her in concert for the 5th time! You will get to a concert one of these times! She comes near me every 2 years, so since 2016 I have been lucky to go 4 times. 2024 Duality Tour makes the 5th tier and the charm and blessing to have the funds to be front row and have a meet and greet. Lindsey you always leave me in awe 🥹 The way you showed the inner gold inside you trying to come out is genius. I love how it shows that we all have it inside even if we try to hide it. This is exactly what I need right now, idk how you knew.. My health has completely declined & I'm literally living in the dark feeling like I've lost myself again. The dark warehouse, outfits & strict movements are like after you've been trapped in society & people that judge us for everything without even knowing us. When you embraced the golf seeping out & opened the door I felt a surge of inspiration, the light went right into my heart. It's such a powerful anthem for reminding me to embrace the gold & cover myself with it. The imagery is absolutely stunning with the gold outfit & use of the light! Ryan & her voice are just perfect. I love how coming off of Eye of the Untold Her and how you were judged there, the warehouse and you being in sync with the dancers represents, to me, how you were being pressured by the music industry to be put into a box and fortunately, you followed your Inner Gold. And this video just shows what happens, when you don't listen to them but to yourself. You will grow, you will shine in your way or another. Never listen to others who might say "You are strange. The color gold is pretty lol but real talk I found my inner gold it took losing everything including my wife but I found true happiness in myself and it all called out the color of gold. it lead me to places I never thought I'd be but here I am bettering myself in hopes of success and achieving my wishes all after the biggest meltdown ever. I love the music it always hits right at home and makes me feel like someone understands dreams aren't made standing still sometimes you have to run head long into it even if u fail u can say u tried. I've been inspired by ur creativity and music I love the way u play the violin. I never thought of myself as a violin person but here I am loving every second of it. Thank u

I feel like this sing is about not conforming and being your own person is beautiful and infectious. If you are just yourself and are proud of it those around you might be able to do the same one day. Have your own thoughts be original. Don't be afraid!

Лично я могу по такому подарку определить место откуда он родом и что прошел этот маленький кусочек железа, но мне кажется мои знания намного больше того, чего ты сама хотела от мужика, которому можно посвятить свою жизнь, а я не претендую. Я лишь о том, что иногда реально сохранить генетику в широком смысле намного важнее, чем искать себе подобных.

I watched this video several times, and one of the most famous TV commercials of all time kept coming into my mind. And that was the Apple 1984 Super Bowl Commercial introducing the Macintosh computer to the public. The themes of the TV commercial and Lindsey’s new music video are similar. Both deal with a world of uniform repetition and the beliefs of a single individual in changing all that.
