kamal shouldnt be doing art movies with others money, saying that any correction to utamma villain made by anybody else other than kamal wouldn't be good, lingusamy is not at that level.

When a good movie doesn't do well, it's sad but I think Kamal Haasan made the mistake of making it for another producer. The producer should also understand that no one can guarantee success. Instead of making a film for them he can give them distribution for the film so that he can also make money rather than acting free. I don't know what can be made today for 30C 🤔

Kamal hassan has always been a non-bankable star post mid 80s. Despite his talents, he literally has zero capability in pulling audience to the theaters and instead blame them for flopping his movies. People have always been welcoming good and engaging movies. Even his 1218 fans across the globe doesn't watch his movies but muttu kuduthufy in social media to project themselves are elite group. Lingu should blame only himself for roping in a non bankable star. Even Jeyam Ravi can pull better audience these days compared to Kamal. People like Kamal, Mani ratnam etc. never understand that movies are meant for audience and not to themselves. Better they screen their movies in their home theaters and limit the audience to charuhasaan, chandrahassan, anu hassan, suhaasini etc. Common audience a saavadikaadheenga da!!

Movie is good but it's not for producers. Linkusamy kind of directors who is small in production should not have gone to Kamal for production..Even big people like Thaanu have already had heavy loss on Kamal movies.it's wrong move by Lingu.

Execellent movie but the drama of "saagavaram" was the only portion is drawback

Whatever he said may be a miscalculation or mistake from Kamal but rejecting Drisiyam and doing it with someone else is not understandable! Looks like some motive. Atleast Kamal could have done drisiyam under lingus protection to compensate the loss
